53a7b37a94 Modified detective revolver isn't deleted anymore when it misfires.
Heart attack: Moved heart attack var (and changed related code accordingly) from carbon to human since non humans have no use for it. I also added some feedback message when you recover from a heart attack.
Added a click cooldown on touching a light fixture.
burning yourself with a lighter now burns only the arm holding the lighter.
Fixes incorrect message when defibbing heart attack patient.

8f0cda1afa More screen alerts
High (uses "Hallucinating" icon), blind, embedded objects, asleep, weightlessness, new law (silicons), hacked (cyborgs), and locked down (cyborgs). The new law alert times out on its own after 30 seconds. The code for timing out is rough but works.

Sprites are provided by ZyloWalsh and can be seen at https://tgstation13.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=3167
Drunk isn't in atm because I was waiting on phil to finish some reagent stuff. Hallu kind of ruined the "surprise" so I decided not to use it. Weaken/stun/paralysis are also not in right now because I'm lazy. All the sprites are included even if they're unused.

Added a proc human/has_embedded_objects() that returns 1 if src has any objects embedded in any limbs.

d3d4c79946 Merges Heal_Damage and Heal_robotic_damage procs
like I should have done in the first place.
Corrects all usages of Heal_damage so it works with the changed version.
Same goes for Heal_robotic_damage

2d3c6415b3 Adds a robotic limb heal proc
this is due to the original proc having a check in it now which saves us
millions of snowflakey checks, if you wish to heal a robotic limb use
heal_robotic_damage(brute,burn) it functions the same as heal_damage
but actually heals robotic limbs instead of organic ones

Updated the welding and wiring repairs to use this proc

b2b6a9ff84 Fixes Chem healing and Chem damaging of Robotic limbs
Hey @Cheridan NO ISTYPES! :D
Ugh.. I mean "Removes" 10 totally unnecessary istypes
Fixes the healing of robotic limbs so that the message actually doesn't display now.

Credit to ACCount12 for digging around and finding some nifty code
that my brain never thought of

Limbs have sprites now (They never dropped before so it was irrelevant)
No Organic healing of Robotic limbs (But the message is still there, fixing soon)
No "organic" diseases in Robotic areas
No more operations in robotic areas - Cheer's Pete for the surgery system being so nice
Healing Robotic limbs with welders (brute) and cable (burn)
Probably other things I forget
