## About The Pull Request
Signals were initially only usable with component listeners, which while
no longer the case has lead to outdated documentation, names, and a
similar location in code.
This pr pulls the two apart. Partially because mso thinks we should, but
also because they really aren't directly linked anymore, and having them
in this midstate just confuses people.

Refactors elevator music to originate from an abstract object rather
than the elevator control panel.
Elevator music is applied while you are within a certain radius of this
object and cuts off immediately upon exiting (largely because as far as
I know you can't obtain playing sounds to fade them out in byond).
As a side-effect of this refactor it also isn't audible to ghosts at
all.
I got the idea while riding an elevator the other day to make a remix of
Title2 but Elevator-style. So I downloaded FLStudio, spent a couple of
hours fighting with it, made a song, and opened this PR up. Later on,
cats4gold contacted me saying they had the same exact idea, Title2 and
all, and after I suggested the ide of combining both versions, we get
the status of this PR today!
Also our current looping sound system is very very bad, the problem
people have with hearing elevator music outside the elevator is because
the checks for stuff like volume falloff only happen when an audio
starts playing, so if you stand besides an elevator button and hear the
music, if you go far away you'll still hear it as if you're next to it.
I don't know how to fix this so I didn't touch it, so hopefully someone
else that does, does! :)
## About The Pull Request
Adds elevator music into the game that is played by an elevator panel.
https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/assets/42353186/1a801604-3990-46ae-a96a-b3766b102d62
It's done by using loop sound, with a Kevin MacLeod "Local Forecast -
Elevator" (UNDER CC ATTRIBUTIONS 4.0, and we anyway used some other
Kevin MacLeod music) chopped into 8 small pieces.
The elevator panel has a variable which allows playing music but can be
changed in the map editor if you don't want it to play at certain
places.
(It also doesn't ignore walls, this means you can't hear the music
through wall or when elevator is closed)
## Why It's Good For The Game
Gives elevators more flavour and love, especially when people mostly
prefer stairs to those "laggy crushing machines."
Because of this people might instead hop into an elevator just to hear
meme elevator music, which is relaxing and might create comedic
situations (although elevators don't move that fast)

Adds a Coroner job to the game, they work in the Medical department and
have their office in the Morgue.
I was inspired to make this after I had played my first round on
Paradise and messed around in there. The analyzer is copied from there
(https://github.com/ParadiseSS13/Paradise/pull/20957), and their
jumpsuit is also mostly stolen from it (i just copied the color scheme
onto our own suits).
Coroners can perform autopsies on people to see their stats, like this

They have access to Medbay, and on lowpop will get Pharmacy (to make
their own formaldehyde). They also have their own Secure Morgue access
for their office (doubles as a surgery room because they are edgelords
or whatever) and the secure morgue trays.
Secure Morgue trays spawn with their beepers off and is only accessible
by them, the CMO, and HoS. It's used to morgue Antagonists. Security's
own morgue trays have been removed.
The job in action

### Surgery changes
Autopsies are a Surgery, and I tried to intertwine this with the
Dissection surgery.
Dissections and Autopsies both require the Autopsy scanner to perform
them, however you can only perform one on any given body. Dissections
are for experiments, Autopsies is for the paper of information.
Dissected bodies now also give a ~20% surgery speed boost, this was
added at the request of Fikou as a way to encourage Doctors to let the
Coroner do their job before reviving a body.
I also remember the Medical skill, which allowed Doctors to do surgery
faster on people, and I hope that this can do something like that
WITHOUT adding the potential for exploiting, which led to the skill's
downfall.
### Morgue Improvements
Morgue trays are no longer named with pens, they instead will steal the
name of the last bodybag to be put in them.
Morgue trays are also removed from Brig Medical areas and Robotics, now
they have to bring their corpses to the Morgue where the Coroner can
keep track and ensure records are properly updated.
### Sprite credits
I can't fit it all in the Changelog, so this is who made what

- Autopsy scanner
Tattax
- Table clock sprites and in-hands
CoiledLamb
- Coroner jumpsuits & labcoats (inhand, on sprite, and their respective
alternatives)
- Coroner gloves
- CoronerDrobe (the vending machine)
## Why It's Good For The Game
This is mostly explained in the hackmd, but the goal of this is:
1. Increase the use of the Medical Records console.
2. Add a new and interesting way for Detectives to uncover mysteries.
3. Add a more RP-flavored role in Medical that still has mechanics tied
behind it.
## Changelog

add: The Coroner, a new Medical role revolving around dead corpses and
autopsies.
add: The Coroner's Autopsy Scanner, used for discovering the cause for
someone's death, listing their wounds, the causes of them, their
reagents, and diseases (including stealth ones!)
qol: Morgue Trays are now named after the bodybags inside of them.
balance: The morgue now has 'Secure' morgue trays which by default don't
beep.
balance: Security Medical area and Robotics no longer have their own
morgue trays.
balance: Dissected bodies now have faster surgery speed. Autopsies also
count as dissections, however they're mutually exclusive.

## About The Pull Request
The ``soundloop/server`` now only comes from the server hub, so it
doesn't have stacking audio sources. The sound has been made more
uniform when up close, but is overall quieter. Additionally, all the
files have been run through a low pass filter to remove the highest of
it's pitches.
## Why It's Good For The Game
I'm sick of not wanting to be around telecomms because of how bad every
single machine sounds. Now, things are significantly easier on the ear,
quieter, more uniform, and better for everyone's sanity. I asked the
maintainers in the coding channel if I could just remove it and they
said no.
I can't get a video recording, I've tried with win+G, OBS, and sharex
and it's just fucked.

## About The Pull Request
Following [from the suggestion in this hackmd
](https://hackmd.io/IkDWWkpfQa2lkdevsnLqhA?view#Replacement-Uplinks)with
a few twists of my own, I have made a method for traitors to acquire a
replacement traitor uplink that has its own set of flaws and limiters in
order to prevent abuse.

The basic pitch is as follows, all traitors now start with a new,
crafting recipe exclusive to them, it costs a teleport beacon, a
bluespace crystal, and some iron and cable coil, and then allows them to
build a static, dense machine that they can synchronize with, which
allows the machine to know what signal it should be looking out for from
the traitor.

The traitor then uses any radio, sets it to the frequency that has been
added to their static antagonist ui, and then speaks their codeword,
also in the ui, and then a few things happen.

Most obviously, they get a replacement uplink that is in the conspicuous
shape of the nukie or lone op uplink. This uplink can be unlocked by
speaking your replacement codeword to it again, it remembers your
previous TC amount and locks all other uplinks associated with your
uplink handler(they can then be unlocked as normal). It also destroys
any other replacement uplinks associated with your uplink handler, which
means you can never have more than one replacement uplink.
This means that if your uplink has been confiscated and you left it
unlocked, if it hasn't been emptied out you can continue from where you
were, and if you want to get back on the TC grind you won't lose the new
TC to whoever stole your uplink. Of course, the new uplink can not be
locked, so you have to be more careful with it or buy an uplink implant
and destroy it. You can destroy your replacement uplink with a
screwdriver right click, same for the machine.
Additionally, the Syndicate Uplink Beacon has another quirk to it, which
is that the teleporter beacon used to create it is intact, which means
people eagle eyed on the teleporter console could go find you, not to
mention that if you use an existing teleporter beacon, someone might
notice its gone missing...
oh also while making the replacement uplink i found a bug caused by a
recent pr that broke debug uplinks due to them not having a purchase
log. thats fixed too
## Why It's Good For The Game
It can be easy to lose your uplink, and as a traitor having your uplink
confiscated, even if it is locked, feels really bad. While the old
traitor objectives were added back to prog traitor to prevent situations
where a confiscated uplink meant that you were completely aimless, I
think that having a backup solution would be good for more inexperienced
traitors or for ones who get unlucky.
Hopefully this is generally balanced well enough but there are a few
levers that can be pulled, but overall I do think that making it so that
traitors can always get a chance to get an uplink and do some objectives
is good for the game. I like the idea of someone getting perma'd,
someone breaks them out, they both craft a new uplink beacon, and then
they go back and get the traitors old gear with stuff they got from the
new uplink, I think that's a cool possibility to throw into the sandbox.

## About The Pull Request
The chainsaw now has an audio loop, as well as SFX for starting and
stopping. I'm pretty confident that I did the attribution stuff
correctly.
https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/28870487/225054900-4bf87ee7-9245-4004-b414-77d0e6e83a7c.mp4
I think this came out well. It may be a bit loud, but I wanted the
volume to be about the same as how the chainsaw slash sound comes out.
Audio stuff isn't really my forte, so let me know if anything sounds
off, or if any adjustments should be made.
To make this work for the mounted chainsaw (more specifically, the
abstract object that enters your hand), it has been made into a chainsaw
subtype. An updatepaths script has been included in the event that
someone has a map where the former path was included (why??).
## Why It's Good For The Game
Makes the chainsaw more menacing. It's one of the most powerful and
beloved pieces of crew weaponry, in addition to being a fucking
chainsaw. If you aren't keen on walking around the hallways with the
chainsaw loop playing like the badass you are, you can always just keep
it off until you get into a fight.
Gives an extra bit of immersion for those special moments where you get
to chainsaw someone to death.

## About The Pull Request
This one is a little bit of a more abstract change than my last traitor
objective rebalancing PR.
The idea here is that I think that the objectives which have you
sabotage a frequently used machine (lathes or the ORM, but we can maybe
expand it to others following this?) are potentially pretty good but
limitations in how the objective are tracked mean that people go about
them in a boring way which rarely inconveniences anyone.
I have reworked these objectives so that you can choose to apply a
provided item to the machine over 10 seconds. The next interaction
following this (clicking on it, or in the case of the ORM loading any
ore into it) will cause the machine to explode, destroying itself and
lightly damaging people nearby (explosion damage is... variable, but
it's a light explosion so it won't instantly kill anyone).
There is a 0.5 second grace period between the bomb triggering and the
explosion actually happening, which players can use to perform some kind
of tactical reaction or simply to feel regret.
Here's a video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xNIaHsA9YFE
Trapped machines will intermittently beep, though at a volume which is
hard to detect from more than two tiles away, and can be defused by
using a screwdriver on the machine.
If you choose to do this then you will get a little bonus to TC and
reputation, but only if the trap is successfully sprung. This means that
sabotaging a machine in an empty department is unlikely to lead to quick
success.
You can also still do it with screwdriver and crowbar way if you are
boring but this means you will only get reputation and not any
telecrystals.
The two objectives to destroy a radio server or the research machine
remain as they were.
Also I refactored how we set which machines are targets for these
objectives so it doesn't iterate over every machine in the world every
time.
## Why It's Good For The Game
Traitor objectives (and antagonist objectives in general) should:
- Present you with a somewhat engaging task
- Encourage you to interact with at least one other player (at least by
"attempting to sneak past them")
- Move the state of the round forward in some way, usually by creating
inconvenience for at least one other person
Prior to this change you could, and people often did, complete this
objective by accessing a machine that you already _have_ access to,
using a screwdriver and crowbar on it, and then reassembling it.
This prompts interaction with nobody, and inconveniences nobody.
Following this change people will be encouraged to:
- Actually destroy the machine.
- Probably harm somebody.
- Potentially cause some collateral damage.
- Make loud sounds and flashing lights to delight people of all ages.
Even if you opt to set the device in a little-used department and then
blow yourself up, that will prompt you to go and interact with someone
in medbay and will also look pretty suspicious in a way that's much
harder to track with the previous objective.
Also I might reuse this component again in the future, you never know.
## Changelog

balance: Traitor objectives which ask you to destroy lathes or the ORM
provide an optional bonus if you _booby trap_ the machine using a

awards no TC, using it awards more TC than it did previously.

## About The Pull Request
The barrel was essentially a grinder that also added a lot of wine on
top of other reagents. Now it converts only nutriment and vitamin into
the wine.
Also the Auto-Distilling Composition plant gene didn't make fruit wine
and gave only half of the distilled drink volume.
- Now the fermentation is consistent and it happens in one place - the
`ferment()` proc of the plant. Both gene and barrel use it.
- Added some sounds and ballon alerts.
- Increased the barrel volume to 600, as other stationary reagent
containers have even more.

Makes the code compatible with 515.1594+
Few simple changes and one very painful one.
Let's start with the easy:
* puts call behind `LIBCALL` define, so call_ext is properly used in 515
* Adds `NAMEOF_STATIC(_,X)` macro for nameof in static definitions since
src is now invalid there.
* Fixes tgui and devserver. From 515 onward the tmp3333{procid} cache
directory is not appened to base path in browser controls so we don't
check for it in base js and put the dev server dummy window file in
actual directory not the byond root.
* Renames the few things that had /final/ in typepath to ultimate since
final is a new keyword
And the very painful change:
`.proc/whatever` format is no longer valid, so we're replacing it with
new nameof() function. All this wrapped in three new macros.
`PROC_REF(X)`,`TYPE_PROC_REF(TYPE,X)`,`GLOBAL_PROC_REF(X)`. Global is
not actually necessary but if we get nameof that does not allow globals
it would be nice validation.
This is pretty unwieldy but there's no real alternative.
If you notice anything weird in the commits let me know because majority
was done with regex replace.
@tgstation/commit-access Since the .proc/stuff is pretty big change.

* PKP Mind Virus: Glorfing Cigs edition
If you glorf while smoking you'll get the cig stuck in your throat, leaving you unable to breath, speak, or eat. Based off the sort of cig you have a random delay before you vomit up the cig. (Pipes last forever don't philoso-larp kids). Other players can help you by using the help action on you while you're hurt, which leads to something imitating the himelich manuver, a broken chest, and a vomited up blockage. Other forms of vomiting will work too, if that's even applicable.
Oh I fixed a bug in vomit code. Because paralyzing you forces you to the ground, thus changing your dir, paralyzing vomits always went down. This is cringe, easy fix tho.
Ah and I added some extra functionality to sound loops too. You can set them to pick and take from the provided list, then refilling it once it's empty. This keeps some variety while preventing the risk of repeat sounds
Oh and I added some new signals. Some misc ones, for force say and a different kind of help then the existing one, which I renamed. One for breathing, which I used to clean up leroxin. I was planning to hook this but didn't need to in the end.
One for vomiting too. and eating. Also added a way to update looping timer delays. Forgot about that, I also added variable delay for sound loops, because I thought it sounded better here.
Features audio courtesy of our very own san7890, and the quake jump sound.
* Fully documented _looping_sound.dm and added three missing variables to it, arguments that are for playsound()
* Fixed geiger's `get_sound()`
* Fixed a variable name in area_sound_manager.dm
* Fixed some trailing tabs in firedoor.dm
* Fixed a variable name in robot_model.dm
* Did some formatting improvements to machinery_sounds.dm and set telecomms and the gravity generator as sounds that will no longer ignore walls
Alt of #64105 and #64126 (I'm sorry Novva, I should have said something earlier)
I main janitor. As a janitor main, my greatest joy in life is slipping people who ignore my signs
I've seen some people complain about janitor borgs, so I decided to look into em
Unfortunately, not only is the janitor borg just a straight upgrade to janitors, it has absolutely no reason to use most of its kit
We give it standard cleaning supplies, and hell even bespoke tools to deal with leaving slippery tiles everywhere, but we also just let them clean anything they can walk over
This seems a bit too much to me, even for borgs. Also it's like, really boring
So what if we made their movement based cleaning cost something? How about we make it suck water from their bucket. Use the same pattern as mop code, make it twice as expensive though. Give it a slowdown, some sound cues, and an action button to trigger it all
Moves hot/cold checks to the fire locks
Makes detection due to above only close the affected Fire Lock and its neighbors (via merge code stolen from tanks)
Fire Alarms still can lock an area down if clicked by a user, right clicking is now the reset function. Resetting also resets all Fire Locks closed by their own detection.
Gives Fire Locks an overlay of lights that display the reason it closed (Orange for Hot, Cyan for Cold, White for unknown/Fire Alarm Pulled)
Emagging a Fire Alarm now emags all Fire Locks in the area, which accomplishes the same effect as before (disables atmos monitoring). Pulling a Fire Alarm will make emagged Fire Locks in the area display a corrupted warning light pattern, making finding and replacing emagged Fire Locks somewhat easier.
Silicons can disable atmos sensors in an area by CTRL-Clicking a Fire Alarm, much like before. but now the Fire Alarms in the area will change their sprite to hint at this (the normally-green light will turn off).
Makes a breach or fire not cause Fire Lock Hell anymore. Only the Fire Locks facing an issue will tend to close, leaving the rest of the area mostly unaffected.
This needs some work done to make it detect based on edges, but it's a decent enough start to live with if we're all killed by meteors (Lemon)
fixes#64029 (Springlock MOD module kills you even when you have Memento Mori necklace)
fixes#64136 (modsuits cant run out of charge)
fixes#64158 (trying to install a battery into a modsuit with free storage space places the battery into storage)
fixes#64186 (ModSuits : taking out cell doesn't give it back)
fixes#64161 (Modsuit cores disappear in construction)
makes mod jetpacks show particles indoors
gives the prototype suit back their upgraded cell (they literally lose 1% of power per 3 seconds with their current one)
Fully reworks the kinesis module to not be TK but lamer, it is now a gravitational anomaly locked module.
Unique stuff that can be used in fun scenarios
About The Pull Request
pick_weight_allow_zero was a backwards compatible hack, so it exists alongside pick_weight.
I would really like to just remove the old proc and just rename it, so I want to log what, if anything, is relying on this behavior, to see if it's a bug or if it needs to be handled especially in that case.
Implements the Modernizing radiation design document ( https://hackmd.io/@tgstation/rJNIyeBHt ) and replaces the current radiation sources with the new system, as well as replacing/removing a bunch of old consumers of radiation that either had no reason to exist, or could be replaced by something else.
Diverges from the doc in that items radiation don't go up like explained. I was going to, but items get irradiated so easily that it just feels pretty lame. Items still get irradiated, but it's mostly just so that radiation sources look cooler (wow, lots of stuff around going green), and for things like the geiger counter.
Instead of the complicated radiation_wave system, radiation now just checks everything between the radiation source and the potential target, losing power along the way based on the radiation insulation of whats in between. If this reaches too low a point (specified by radiation_pulse consumers), then the radiation will not pass. Otherwise, will roll a chance to irradiate. Uranium structures allow a delay before irradiating, so stay away!
Bring _HELPERS/_lists.dm to latest standards by:

-Giving vars proper names
-Procs now use snake case as per standard (many files that use those procs will be affected)
* Converts looping sounds from a list of play locations to just the one
* Updates all uses of looping sounds to match the new arg
* Adds an area based sound manager that hooks into looping sounds to drive the actual audio. I'll be using this to redo how weather effects handle sound
* Some structrual stuff to make everything else smoother
Timers now properly return the time left for client based timers
Weather sends global signals when it starts/stops
Looping sounds now use their timerid var for all their sound related timers, not just the main loop
* This is the painful part
Adds an area sound manager component, it handles the logic of moving into new areas potentially creating new
sound loops. We do some extra work to prevent stacking sound loops.
Adds an ash storm listener element that adds a tailored area sound manager to clients on the lavaland z level.
It's removed on logout.
Adds the ash_storm_sounds assoc list, a reference to this is passed into area sound managers, and it's modified
in a manner that doesn't break the reference in ash_storm (This is what I hate)
* Hooks ash storm listener into cliented mobs and possessed objects
* Documents the odd ref stuff, adds an ignore start var to looping sounds, fixes some errors and lint issues
* Applies kyler's review

Done using this command sed -Ei 's/(\s*\S+)\s*\t+/\1 /g' code/**/*.dm
We have countless examples in the codebase with this style gone wrong, and defines and such being on hideously different levels of indentation. Fixing this to keep the alignment involves tainting the blames of code your PR doesn't need to be touching at all. And ultimately, it's hideous.
There are some files that this sed makes uglier. I can fix these when they are pointed out, but I believe this is ultimately for the greater good of readability. I'm more concerned with if any strings relied on this.

- Makes it so warning for time happens based on the time and not when the tape recorder hears something
- Makes stopping work correctly when we try to record with a full tape or when recording stops because of a full tape
- Uses the SECONDS and MINUTES defines instead of a mixture of undefined deciseconds and seconds that are multiplied by 10 (while having to divide by 10 in a couple of places)
- Cannot print a transcript for a blank tape
- Tweaks transcript name setting to be better formatted
- No longer update_icon() after stop() under play() (it's in the stop() proc)
- Reorders stopping to be consistent between playing and recording and logical (which probably makes no noticeable difference)
- Play/record hiss sound loop (mediocre due to lack of options in sound loops to cut and not fade in/out)
- Drop and pick up sounds
- 0→2 throwforce (like it was when Uhangi added them, before Hornygranny made it 0 for some reason)
- Cleans up radial image() usage
- Clarifies radial icon var
- Clarifies tape unspooling and respooling vars
- Random 3 char hexademical on tape names
- Tape can spawn on either side
- Adds greyscale tapes and randomised colouration
This PR essentialy moves away from the extremely microwave dependent cooking we have for meat right now, and making it a bit more sensical by making you use a grill to grill meat. The grill takes a different time (with variation) for different grilled things. Once finished it will turn that food into something else.
Yes, this does mean creating burgers takes longer, but in return you can make more patties at once, and you are not required to stay at the grill while its going. This lets you cook as much as you want at once, just make sure your meat doesn't burn!
In the future, I hope to move more things like this to machines similar to this (Pasta boiling, putting eggs on the griddle, soup making, etcetera) to create for a more interesting cooking experience.
This PR removes fusion from reactions.dm and add the Hypertorus machine and its new and improved fusion reaction (results may vary).
Fusion is one of the most costly reactions from the atmos system, is one of the most complex and yet most simple ones; this will move fusion inside a buildable machine and it will allow a degree of complexity that can't be done inside react()
imo; the ss13 audio-scape is quite barren, you can only hear most things if you can see them, which in my opinion doesn't make much sense. This changes that so you can hear further away, but falloff is much higher, so in reality you will only hear things relatively quietly when they're out of sight.
This PR increases the hearing distance of most sound by 9, excluding sounds such as antag items that are meant to be used stealthily
This PR also replaces Byond's inbuilt falloff system with something I made, (And thanks to potato for helping me throw together a formula for it). This fall-off system makes sound fall off more naturally, with sounds being full volume within a certain range, and then softly falling off until they are completely quiet. This makes for a smoother transition between "This sound is full volume" and "I dont hear this sound".

Makes acid levels a component.
Merges the acid effect object into the component.
Reworks acids decay rates slightly.
Rebalances xenos acid spit so that they can still melt through walls.
Misc. associated changes:
Adds defines for a lot of the acid associated constants.
Documents clean types and adds CLEAN_TYPE_ACID
Adds and implements a return bitflag for COMSIG_COMPONENT_CLEAN_ACT
Adds a looping sound for acid.
Makes /atom/proc/acid_act return a boolean.
Fixes waterclosets creating a new reagent holder datum every time they are used.
Removes waterclosets regenerating reagents on-use and restricts their reaction volume to 5 units.
Adds and implements a couple reagent signals.
Renames a few vars so Rohesie can stop telling me to rename more vars.
This PR adds a bunch of flavor texts to the different devices and structures that are used during the event, all to make clearer to the players what to do without too much troubles.
Also i added the ability to use the normal Analyzer+signaler to close the portals and achieve the same result of dropping the crystals.
This PR have more stuff inside: I tweaked the health of the mobs to be balanced around the "toolbox damage" (around 15), so that in 2 or 3 hits they'll fall. I tweaked the damage so that those mobs are all around pretty dangerous, plus each one gets a personal effect: the minion gets a smoke effect on death, the thug gets a random teleport when hit and a dodge ability, the recruit can smash delete walls on touch, the killer is fast and shoot a freezing ray to slow down victims, the boss has an AoE tesla-like attack can dust mobs if they are in crit conditions (thus consuming them)
spawned anomalies don't explode anymore.
You can sacrifice someone to the crystal to increase the spawn delay by 5 seconds permanently
tick for the event is once every 2 seconds, have to use raw numbers to define the duration (15 minutes)

About The Pull Request
fixes some accidents with the sm sound pr that snuck in:
extra range actually works as well as boosted falloff
extra range parameter on looping sounds actually works correctly
I'm intentionally leaving the unintentional pitch variation in as it actually sounds really cool though

About The Pull Request
Replaces supermatter sounds with a new sound system for it.
Works based on having a constant drone that randomly plays accent noises over it.

About The Pull Request
Was fairly shocked to find out hiveminds never took tinfoil hat protection in account, so decided to implement the factor in the game mode. Might have overdone it and probably erroneously changed a couple logics while getting rid of some really indented passages that could easily early return.
So what's said on the tin, this is lot more preferable than clunky is_type() checks on headwear anyway.
Also expanded tinfoil protection to hivemind and (non-revenant) telepathy.
Why It's Good For The Game
Let us remember the "purpose" of tinfoil hats.
Changelog
cl
code: Merged tinfoil hat kind of protection into the anti_magic component.
add: Tinfoil hats can also be warped up from excessive dampening of mindray/though control/psicotronic anomalies, or by simply being microwaved in an oven, and become useless.
add: Immortality Talisman and Paranormal Hardsuit helmets now come with tinfoil protection too (minus the paranoia and limited charges).
balance: Rebalanced many hivemind effects to be dampened/delayed by tinfoil shielding. Bruteforced Assimilate Vessel, One mind and Awake Vessel abilities will consume more tinfoil charges compared to others.
balance: Genetics/Slime/Alien Telepathy and Slime Link are now stopped by tinfoil protection.

oranges requested these changes, i havn't coded in DM for a while so I might have made some mistakes

del: Removes short-term effects of mood
add; Adds long-term effects of mood by implementing sanity which goes up with good mood, down with bad mood, but takes time to change. Your sanity can be seen as your average mood in the recent past. All effects of moods are now covered by this system
add: Beauty component, currently only attached to cleanables, but you could attach it to any atom/movable and make them pretty/ugly, affecting mood of anyone in the room.
refactor: Removes the original way of adding mood events, uses signals properly instead.
fix: Cleanables "giving" area's free beauty during initialization
fix: Fixes some events not clearing properly

Fixes#36444
From now on mood no longer affects you directly, instead it decides whether your sanity goes up or down, when your sanity gets too low you will get the effects of what mood did before.
This means getting hit with bad moods due to being attacked while not mean you are doomed anymore, and you get a large timeframe to get away and just fix your mood later.
I also added the beauty component, you could add this to any object and it would either make a room prettier or uglier, comparable to DF or Rimworld. You could add traits to make certain people ugly, for example.
