Fixes issue 1309. Kitchen Vendomat vends "weapon"

Removes the cautery step from debraining, as it was pretty pointless and needlessly confusing.

Runtime fix: getFlatIcon() - Will no longer runtime should overlays contain any nulls. (Interesting note: I was intending to fix this to try speed up update_icons() even more but it turns out BYOND really dislikes overlays += null. the optimisation took twice as long o.O)

-Renames experimental weapons crate to incendiary weapons crate. It was being confused with the experimental energy gear crate (and truthfully there's not much that's "experimental" about a flamethrower an engineer can make in 2 minutes from scrap parts)
