for the few admins who try to run shipstation or spawn shuttles for
people with tc trades
## About The Pull Request
A very basic file edit that gives admins access to descriptions of more
shuttles that they can spawn (i.e the White Ships and ruin shuttles) to
make life easier for any trying to run a shipstation event or something
else.

## Why It's Good For The Game
Admin QOL describing a shuttle's unique properties to them before they
spawn it is good.
