Adrenals reworked (#46211)
* Repurposes the adrenal implant.
* reverts adrenals back to 8tc
* updated uplink description, reduced oxy slightly.
* nanites in line, more description fix, stunresist back in.
* Pre testing.
* Final ling touches, removed stamcrit stun.
* Removes jitter, screen shake on metab end.
* woops.
* removes toxin damage.
