* Fixes forcing night shift on/off (#74657) ## About The Pull Request Fixes https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/issues/74587 When nightshift is forced on/off by an admin the subsystem is in an idle state, so the tick check always fails and the lights don't change. ## Changelog 🆑 LT3 fix: Fixed forcing night shift lighting on/off /🆑 * Fixes forcing night shift on/off --------- Co-authored-by: lessthanthree <83487515+lessthnthree@users.noreply.github.com>
