Readded some flashlight seeding.
Rejiggered engineering's layout a little
Fixed missing blast doors
Added an empty console in the monitoring room
Moved atmos consoles in the monitor room so they are all reachable.
Placed the engine and CE's office on the engine grid, not the main grid.
Tested and works, should be ready to merge.
