Red jumpsuit and security jumpsuit are separate now. Red jumpsuit does not provide additional protection anymore, security jumpsuit does. The green thunderdome team approves this change.

Currently removed all instances of makepowernets() and update_network() (Update network just called makepowernets()) from cable.dm.
All actings regarding cables went from 0.5 to <0.08 per call.
-Added a verb in the debug panel called Make Powernets. This calls makepowernets().

In light of an incoming tournament on ss13.ru I have added "Select equipment" right click command. It allows to instantly dress mob as you wish. Coders, feel free to add more dress packs, like "centcom inspector", "space pirate" and so on.
A strange command "list_occ" now called "List free slots" and shows unoccupied jobs.
Added golden cup, sprite belongs to Farart.
You can now take a power cell from charger even if there is no power.

Revisions to CentCom. CentCom now has its own access levels set, and a unique ID changing computer.
Added nasa void suit and captain armor to item steal list.
Fixed some run time errors for hand-tele from my previous commit.
Removed the remove poo and urine button from secrets.
Decoy AIs can now say stuff like regular AIs. This is useful if you need a non-player announcer for something, while taking into account talk_understand and the like. I use it for deathsquad shuttle announcements. I've placed A.L.I.C.E. on CentCom for such reasons.

Wizards can no-longer cast when dead.
Fixed issues with Transfer Mind spell.
Wizards now begin with a random name (but can choose a different one).
Wizards may now re-use their spell book to memorize a new set of spells (can only be done on the wizard shuttle).
Added special role for cultists, revs, and nuke operatives for that round type.
Respawn Character special admin verb should now give the target the same mind if they were gibbed/had a mind as a ghost. This means traitors, changelings, etc, would retain their traitor status but not their powers/equipment. General updates to that proc.

If you look at your PDA window, there should be an option to stick an ID in, like with some computers.
While carrying an ID, a PDA can be used for almost everything an ID can.
While ID scanners can read cards through a PDA, it is difficult to shove a PDA into the ID slot on some computers.
It is possible I missed some functions, but I was quite thorough in my sweep through the code.
In the event of PDA destruction, any inserted ID is ejected unharmed.
It is now possible to stick PDAs in your jumpsuit's ID slot.
Since PDAs are named, you can disguise yourself as someone else using one.
Beepsky/ED-209 can see through a PDA disguise if you stick your real ID in for access.

UI icon for your nutrition status. If not working - will be fixed a little later.
Walking makes you hungry faster. Running makes you hungry even faster.
Big hunger makes you slower.
Overeating for a prolonged period makes you fat.
Meat from gibber depends on nutrition of person who was put into it. Fatties go first.
If a person is in a sleeper or Cryo Cell, all his processes running 5 times slower.
Fixed bug when multiple persons could move into one sleeper.
Warden is now choosable after the game started.
Added ED-209 assembly process. Frame - Metal sheet - leg - leg - weld - security vest - helmet - proximity - wires - taser - battery. Security should reprogram it to patrol after that.
Added ED-209 sounds.
Added Airlock Electronics. When you want to make airlock - you take one, swipe your ID, if it is ok, you choose desired access and put it into the assembly instead of multitool. Also when disassembling, you get one.
Added prototype of chemical explosions system. WIP.

Added Explosion verb to the admins.

Made sure every verb now has a name which starts with a capital letter and makes sense, because OCD.
Changed the categories of verbs a lot, now they are in much more sensible tabs.
Added a couple of admin verbs:
- Right click monkeyize
- Call Shuttle
- Recall Shuttle
Removed some goon verbs.
Gave "Coder" admin group a little more admin verbs:
- Monkeyize, Cultistize, Abominationize, Call Shuttle, Recall Shuttle, Make Sound
Added mobs a "say_message" variable. Now admin-created mobs can "scree", "squeak" etc. instead of just "chimper" or "hiss".
