7ad3b6b538 Adds a pref verb to switch your scaling mode ingame. 
-You no longer have to endure the respawn hassle in order to find out which mode fits your character better.

18c29d8647 Fix resize() causing HUD duplication. 
Modifying the images makes it so they can't be cut from overlays.  Use the procs for this purpose.

Typically only used in magic and stuff, makes sense to heal both (otherwise there's no way to heal whole FBP bodies)
