82603a4978 Fix Runtime in observer_vr.dm,65: Cannot read null.name 
If an observer/ghost was never in the game this round, thier mind var
will be null.  No sense in letting them ping the transcore.

be73b8c36a for(var/bad_code in world) 
Removes a very large amount of world loops.
Adds a macro to painlessly generate a global list, and the needed code to modify the list when an object is made or deleted automatically.
Cleans up some commented out code.
