Probably fixes like 3 bugs, such as "auto-belch not using voice freq", "auto-belch also slapping the regular emote sound on top of itself", and "corpses keep on belching after death"

d6bc544acb Adds positive trait for food toxin immunity. 
Adds trait that provides immunity for ingested toxins. Only affects the toxin subtype and doesn't protect from possible harm caused by other drugs, meds, allergens etc.

-Renames "non-crew" to "outsider."
-Provides an external ID to outsiders, allowing PDA use.
-Improves grammar in outsider job description
-Reformats outsider to use a define for the job name, replaces hard-coded uses of "non-crew" with said define.
