a8513844ec Adds a Trait system (#4048)
* Works on trait system, wip.

* Finalizes traits.
Fixes a few bugs with medical machines assuming a max health of 100.

1cfd2f08f2 Adds AOOC functionality for antags.
AOOC can be granted on a per-antag type basis.  If the type has can_use_aooc equal to true, they can both use and see AOOC.  It is true by default to allow for the upcoming Infiltrator type to automatically be able to use it.
The types disallowed from AOOC are ERT, Traders, and Renegades.  This means admins can now use AOOC to talk to the real antags and not the ERT.

c55ae551d7 Fixes Loyalty Implants
Why would you define a proc on /mob/living/carbon/human for implanting something then ask to be passed your own src? Also why would you try to pass /job/datums as something to implant? Silly.

beda3185eb Reverts the second mob clean up because of incomplete implementation.
This caused an error that would then cause machinery to hang on the server, and was reproduced successfully.

d6b58cfe8d Ambition system tweaks
Ports Bay's port of this.  Did it manually because of ugly merge conflicts.
What Psi did:
Admins can now see and set ambitions in antag panel.
Makes is_special_character() a bit better.
What I did:
Setting ambitions, with the verb or with admin powers, is now logged.
Round-end text changed to be blue instead of bolded, for better readability.
Makes the ambition system known to the antag at the bottom of the chat log instead of before the 'you are a X' prompt.

1ae0ad6d92 Updates the atom_pool, now datum_pool, to handle any datum object.
Makes the garbage collector similarly robust. Continues the whole Destroy/qdel porting.

7f68403ae4 NanoUI - Silicon law manager
NanoUI interface for viewing silicon laws, accessible to both the silicon and admins.
Malf AIs and admins may also add, edit, and remove laws.

05c487ca8f Fixes NanoUI transfer runtime.
No longer unconditionally attempts to transfer NanoUIs from one mob to another.
Previously caused runtimes if the source-mob was gibbed or otherwise destroyed.

6e550d7308 Cleanup helper files maths.dm, time.dm, type2type.dm, add macros for bit-manipulation
`maths.dm`:
	Rewrite `Gcd(x)` to remove recursive behaviour.
	Remove `RaiseToPower(x)` and its usage from `event_manager.dm`.
	Rename `Lerp()` to `Interpolate()`.
	Add `Square(x)`, which squares a number.
	Rearrange most of the functions in the file. (trigonometric functions together, etc.)

`type2type.dm`:
	Rewrite `num2hex()` and optimise `hex2num()` for superior clarity and a 100% speed improvement.
	Correct indenting, spaces, make switches more concise.

`time.dm`:
	Remove old, slanderous commented-out function `/proc/time_stamp()`

`lists.dm`:
	Add the macros, `BITTEST(bitfield,index)`, `BITSET(...)`, `BITRESET(...)`
	  and `BITFLIP(...)` for bit-manipulation and use them where 20+ files
	  do it manually, for arguments of reader clarity and standardness.

First pass on major conversion of xenomorphs to a human subspecies. Additional condensing of various redundant mob verbs.
Converted larva and diona to their own class, collapsed the rest of xenomorphs into a human species, other stuff.
Completely removed attack_alien(). Still have to reimplement some of the lost behavior for human/alien.
Reapplies lost attack_alien() functionality other than tackling/caressing.
Further alien/humanoid cleanup and xenospawn fix-ups. Also uncommented caste verbs.
Removed half-finished abilities system since species.dm handles it.
All xenomorphs functionality should be working now, other than the HUD, tackling and the xenomorph balance issues.
Added icons for xenomorph castes, moved broadcast languages into datums, removed alien_talk and robot_talk vars.
Merged with organ removal code.
Reapplied verbs to simple_animals/slimes. Updated species definitions to have appropriate organs.
Readded tackle as a human verb.
Borer changes regarding brain removal.
Working on moving the human HUD to the species datum a bit. Mixed results.
Moved Cortical Link to a language, added borer husks.
Tidied up the HUD stuff. Still need to make it rebuild properly when species is changed, but this will do for no
Compile fix, forgot the DME.
Fixed up ventcrawl, added new organ mechanics for dionaea.
Fixed up some overlooked sections causing mobs without brains to die immediately.
Fixed up plasma generation for queens, bugs with organs, force_organ issues with set_species().

0b314561ca Now allows admin override via player panel, a small fix, and...
implantation works again. Since they'll only be accessible via an admin
specifically spawning it, except for in cases where it is configured
to be allowed, it'll be fine.

This now allows admins to incorporate loyalty implants still if they so
wish for whatever reason, but it is normally inaccessible.
