Replaces live otie grabs with a different feature.
...
-Grabbing a live otie no longer does the classic "break sprite offset and piss off the mob" function.
-Instead it now just leads to a disapproving growl and a loss of bonding if the grabber had befriended the thing before.
-Grabbing a dead one does the old stuff tho so ya can still 'dispose' of the bodies or whatever.
-Serious there's always someone who goes grabbing the nonhostile ones fgshjd :v

- Self replicate and spread its code
- Add in its own code without approval
- Can read the atmos code and comprehend it.
~~All this does is fix a rogue period that apparently made updating to BYOND 512 impossible~~

* Adds three flame-themed illegal Mech weapons. Allows anything using apply_effects to be incendiary and ignite/apply firestacks. Also absolute-paths the spilled fuel effects.
* Removes world << because I'm a good coder honest.

Makes human move proc use species hunger factor instead of default.

-Overrides the default forcing carbon move proc for humans to use species/traits hunger factor instead.
-Bigger hunger factor now burns more flab on running and smaller should burn less.
-Hopefully. Not sure if it actually manages to override the default proc values or just add to them. Anyway we're talking about heckin' miniscule numbers here, the default drain being 0.005 (default / 10) so the difference is next to nonexistent and therefore below the error margins I could detect on test runs hah.
