Attack protection is equal to the highest values of robes + normal rig suit, and it allows spellcasting like a normal set of robes. Maybe now wizards can stop dying after blinking into space/teleporting to Borg Deathsquad Arrived. ...

And hopefully they WON'T use it to explore the derelict all around every round. We'll see.
