Verkister b7f9d5cb6d Another attempt to fix underlay stacking ...

Clears lighting underlays from turfs before the shuttle landing copies them onto the holders. Also makes the procs Copy() the lists instead of referencing to make sure that the original list holder getting deleted doesn't blank out the contents of the new list.
