Nadyr 54170fa2a5 Renames uniforms from "KHI" tp "GE," canonically come from Gilthari Exports now. 
Also renames Aronai's fluff rig from 'KHI' to 'VM' to reflect it being from Vey-Med now.
-Also replaces 'khi' with 'ge' in the item paths.

Shadowfire117 1fc8f65fd6 Animated sprites for feline taurs and spotted feline taurs, use emote *vwag to switch from still to wagging! To stop confusion of people thinking their IDs are trashed imma just comment out the IDs looking digested after being vored.
Since the changed description literally claims theres no access on them.

- Fixes the silly plush
- Adds a medical outpost, areas need textures
- Adds a medical shuttle, needs serious work, currently nonfunctional.
- Adds new stuff to the trade shuttle
- Tweaks the armory items
- Various other QOL improvements.
