Added a light civilian EVA RIG by njnothere.
Armor matches lowest values seen from all voidsuits
	armor = list(melee = 20, bullet = 5, laser = 20, energy = 5, bomb = 15, bio = 100, rad = 30)
Default module is thrusters.

+Added a mutant infestation that causes special event mice to mutate and grow into rats.
+Placeholder stuff has been added for mutant lizards to spawn as well. So far it spawns regular lizards.
-Reverted mundane infestation mice back to regular mice that won't mutate into rats.

SharkmareandGitHub 65fdd06fe8 Adding bloodburn to the reagent list. 
A semi volatile chemical which reacts if ingested anihilating anything else the subject ingested.
If you need to ask why you should not inject this into the bloodstream then you probably should not be medical.

Needless to say FOR ORAL delivery only.
