fixes simplemobs grabbing people, readds blob buckling, some other minor protean blob changes ( #7276 )

protean blobs can now grab/disarm people again
you can now buckle to proteans again (since they can't ventcrawl)
they can now go through plastic flaps and over tables like promethean
blobs
