Kilo map changes

- fixed the SM area
- fixed comms wires
- added cookie modules
- added xenoarch TP in sci
- removed carp spawn from arrivals
- covered some annoying wires
- fixed a missing wall in sec
- moved the bar elsewhere, and made the former bar into a small relaxation area
