lil tweaks

- added a jukebox to box
- removed all access restricitions from the jukebox
- added 3 more title screen songs: Precinct 41, Totally Transcedent, Whirling-In-Rags
- fixed the bug with haydee modular jumpsuit icon
- increased admin played sound file size limit to 4 MB
