- swapped Kinaris sprite of 'book7', 'book1', 'book2' (in library.dmi) to GATO version

- contraband.dmi posters that contain Kinaris palette now have GATO palette
- changed all room signs in decals.dmi from black/white/gray palette to light GATO palette
- changed sprites of 'smokekins' and 'smokekins_open' in cigarettes.dmi into GATO variant (please remember to edit name and description later!!)
