Ensures player's custom_body_size is applied to any new clone once they're out of the pod. Custom_body_size is only set once, so acts as 'natural' size, independent of things like normalizer rings
Moves functionality of checking chasm type to Tether, to allow different tethers to protect against different types of chasms, or possibly a list of chasms in future. Also changes the internal radio to possibly save (miniscule) amounts of resources.
Fixes a bug with power draw in machines, where if they didn't have an overwritten process procedure they wouldn't draw power. Ex. Chem Masters. This fixes power draw for the safety tether
Safety tether now draws roughly balanced amount of power. draws 1kw default, drains about a fourth the apc cell's charge if unupgraded when teleporting.
---Why---
My personal gripes is that this is a mechanics (among a few others) that will immutably change your char for the rest of the round. To reverse this process is either jarring from a pure IC view (if they have a clone backup you just kill them + clone and act as if it never happened) or immensely tedious, bothering the xenobiologist to breed a very specific slime and make extracts, and even that might not have guaranteed results.
This is a furry rp server with rounds that routinely last 4 hours and longer. I think it's also safe to assume that the majority of people who play here do so to play a character that they have specifically created. Having a meme that turns you into a flyperson doesn't feel very compatible with these traits. Sure, it's a punishment yes, one that can be avoided with a simple button press, but in the same light, isn't that a bit heavy handed?
---Balance---
I wrote the values as an initial guesstimate. I am not going to pretend I know how to balance an alternative to the fly meme, but I think what I did is a suitable punishment.
you will receive a lot of clone damage, some rads and for each limb it's a 50/50 on whether you loose it, including the head.

Additions:
- Additional define for stuff super insulated against rads. This is just to remove number clogging and permit stuff to be changed on a higher level. Still needs to be added to most things, but it's a start.
- Brings over multi-tile poddoors from TG. They're about as you'd expect.
- Lead walls for the RBMK area. Yup.
- - -
Map:
- RBMK reactor given lockdown shutters, a proper blastdoor and some primping up in general to the surrounding area. Additionally, they've walls now that are appropriate.
- - -
Bugfix:
- Corrects rad shutters being wacky and out of this world.

Simply does as it implies on the tin.
Ports the 'Busy Space' modules and reworks them slightly to function on TG.
It does not broadcast to Common as it does on Virgo/Polaris. Instead, it functions similar to announcements, near identically in fact, having its own little broadcast. I'll be posting examples alongside this.
If it's a necessity to be broadcasting over Common, I'd have to fight with it a bit, but can probably do so without issue.

Additions:
- A gateway has been added for departures, rather than just having a cryopod to leave the round. Adding a new arrivals system would be nice to allow for it as another spawn point, but it's well out of the purview of this PR.
- - -
Map:
- Shifts the kinkmate location in maint northward to allow for the gateway's area. View map-diff.

Bugfixes:
- Sanitizes the map as best as possible using a combination of StrongDMM and self-made edits. This removes unused variables, material that caused the map to have indentation errors and replaces said material with appropriate item copies. We do not have the maps properly formatted, so this is the best that can be done without turning this into a larger PR. This is an unfortunate requirement in line with the map edit above, but it does nothing other than described.
As a consequence, it also allows the map to actually be loaded in the Dream Daemon Environment, with no errors. Likely solves hidden issues elsewhere, too.
Added the ability for ghosts to inhabit the damaged clones again after feedback from players and admins regarding potential for exploitation and problems.
Depreciates experimental cloning's growclone method in favor of using the method of its parent object. Fixes sizecode, quirks, and genitals being copied over in so doing.
Removes ability for ghosts to inhabit defective clones to reduce chance of prefbreaks with it.
"Please send help, I don't know how I'm contacting you without captain access, but it would sure be nice about now!"
Simply enough made it so anyone who can access the communications console normally can message Central Command.
