More splitting up of code. Barrier seems to be CTF only,
...
so I figured a CTF folder would be good for containing it.
Perhaps we could do Mode-Specific\CTF ?
Portal seems more like an Effect, so it went in Effects.

Air tank dialog not updating to show 'restore gas flow' when clicking 'stop gas flow'
Being able to knock out, stun, paralyze, etc, the AI
Timers/igniters not igniting when the timer completed: screwdrivering the timer/igniter assembly was not setting status on the igniter. (prox/igniters and remote/igniters did set it)

Another couple fixes for mistakes, and got the alternate laws in. (I had accidentally copied instead of moved ai.dm into /mob, and then edited the alternate laws into the wrong one)
