Re-added previous map changed from r459 and 460.

Fixed the Brig Cell flashes.
Minor changes to Prison Station disposal. Cameras added to cells in Prison Station.
Pipe fixes for Kitchen/Kitchen remodeled again.
More engine fixes. SMES are now connected to the power grid of the station only. Power sinks should work fine.
