Additional mapping fixes for engineering:

- reverted change to smes having a separate area because:
- - The SMES room does not and should not have it's own area because it is a part of engineering, APC's are too easy to fuck up, there are just no users of electricity in there, because the area is set to not require power and is permanently lit.
- Fixed up the floors where they weren't aligned
- Placed the spotlights inside the engienering area so they light up
- Added some lattice to the east side of engineering and connected the oddly placed lattice on the west.
