Fixed a few map issues due to the engineering merge with r2879.

Engineering:
Cameras moved around to be more in line with the other nearby cameras.
Lockers moved a bit and some junk added to the room.
Air alarm moved to be in a more accessible location.
Added a request console.
Fixed some not airless tiles that were exposed to space.
