Remove Extra Frame from Marking Wag Anim

I accidentally left a duplicate frame on the end of the striped tail marking for Tajara, so it causes a slight delay when viewed from the side but from north or south for a single frame it tweaks out with the tail on the other side of the body for the briefest moment.

Not cool
