Fixed one of the recolored pipe sprites not properly lining up

Added colored manifolds to Atmos
The valves and pumps remain uncolored due to technical issues that require more effort than I care to go through to fix
Similarly, any colored pipes or manifolds that are damaged will be irreparably reverted to colorless sections
