Destroyed entertainment monitors now have a sprite
Telescreens (and children of telescreens) no longer have their own
update_icon proc, instead using the existing obj/machinery/computer proc
Telescreens (and children of telescreens) now have an 'off' sprite
Moved the telescreen and entertainment sprites to
icons\obj\computer.dmi, where they belong
Two new terminals have been added just outside the holodeck, capable to
projecting holograms of your Nano-Mobs for you to pit in battle against
your rival (or your other Nano-Mobs).
Battling is turn-based, with each side choosing to either attack,
recall, or surrender (if they don't have a mob on the field). Reducing
your rival's Nano-Mob to 0 health will down it, earning your mob
valuable battle experience and even increasing it's level! Surrendering
ends the battle, but does not grant experience as the battle was not
completed.
Additionally, Medical has provided a brand new Nano-Mob Hunter GO!
Restoration Terminal for use in their lobby area. Simply swipe any
Nano-Mob card through and it will be restored to full health instantly!
This commit overhauls mass drivers.
Every component of mass drivers are now buildable.
This means:
- Mass Drivers
- Mass Driver Control Computers
- Mass Driver Buttons
Mass driver control computers now support multiple mass drivers.
You can link mass-drivers to buttons via multitool.
Buttons have a range of 7 for their mass driver link.
Computers have infinite range.
Also added cancellation buttons here and there.
Prevented an exploit, resulting in ability to issue same passes with different ID, even if it doesn't have those accesses.
Conflicts:
code/WorkInProgress/Chinsky/guestpass.dm
icons/obj/computer.dmi
-Updated Xeno's 'stalking' stance, courtesy of WJohnston
-Small change to the security console animation, so instead of being 44 individual frames, it's just 7 with appropriate delays
-Extra sanity check for mech fabs, hopefully that would clear up runtimes from parts disappearing while building

Spess Networking Technology:
▪ The machines are located in Centcom near the cargo shuttle.
▪ A new admin debug verb "Change Radio Type". Using this will toggle between old (current) radio code and the new radio code. ADMINS: I recommend only doing this if Doohl (me) is around to take note of anything that happens.
▪ The whole thing works, in theory, but hasn't been stress-tested with the usual 60+ players. I will write up a Tgstation Wiki article and/or explain what some of the stuff does in IRC or ingame.
One last thing to point out: this is a PROTOTYPE. I have tested it myself and optimized the code very well. In theory, this new radio system is significantly less laggy AND has many more features. However, because of it's a prototype, it can at any time destroy the server. The reason I am committing this and not updating the changelog is because it's not an actual feature YET. I want to stress test this on the servers to see how it fairs, then add some more stuff to it like the ability to link machines and repair networks.

-New particle accelerator sprite, courtesy of Invisty (Thanks!) There's more work to come on this, including powered sprites, in varying intensities. I'll work on that stuff tomorrow.

-Took out the special properties of synaptizine. This was authorized by Muskets, and Urist. Take any problems up with them.

-Changed R&D sprites to fit a central theme
-Gave the HoS access to the detective's office
-MORE STEALTHMIN NAMES

Added a new computer sprite.
AI upload and Cyborg Upload now use the new sprite.
Added the Riot Helmet and Riot Suit to the Riot crate and the Armor crate. The prices of both have both been upped to accommodate the change.
Spacefriend(tm) boxes have been changed slightly.
You can now construct cyborg uploads.
Edited the Riot Helmet Sprite.
Edited the Riot Suit Sprite.
Added a sprite for a medical records laptop.
Added a medical records laptop to the CMO's office, right now it's just a resprited computer.
Added a Riot Helmet and Riot Suit to the Armory.

- Added mecha control console (with circuitboard and circuit design). There must be a tracking beacon on mecha to get info.
- Added mecha tracking beacons (can be attached to mechs by attacking or throwing). Working mechs have one installed by default.
- Added gun turret (WIP)
- Fixed "cargo-controlled" mecha movement (I hope).
- Probably solved problems with mobs inside Ripley.
- Mecha internal fire processing runtime error fixed.
- Gygax construction now requires advanced capacitor and advanced scanner module.
- Other... things.

- Moved circuit imprinter to code/game/research. Also, while it's being overhauled as part of the R&D update, it'll be removed from the rest of the station. Don't worry, it'll come back! Also, all the disk closets were removed as well.
- Circuit Imprinter now works like the protolathe: It needs to be connected to an R&D console and it get's it's production list from it.
- Replaced destructive analyzer icon (thanks Deuryn).
- New item type: Stock Parts. Used in the construction of certain items (none added yet but they're there for when they DO get added).

- More R&D stuff. Moved code from code/datums/technology to code/game/research (more apt and it isn't JUST datums now). Still very WIP.
- Circuit printer now requires Sulfuric Acid instead of H2SO4. (Yes, I get the irony)
- New helper proc: between(low, middle, high). It returns middle unless it is greater than high (in which case, it returns high) or less than low (in which case it returns low). It's a fairly simple proc but it cleans up some bits of code I am working on.
- Changeling chem regeneration is now a curve rather then a flat amount. At low amounts (<20) it's faster then in r917, at high amounts it's slower (>20). This means you can use cheap abilities more often and expensive abilities less.
- Changeling "Dart" abilities now named "sting" abilities to (Hopefully) cause less confusion. "Boost Dart Range" renamed "Ranged Sting."
- Changeling "Absorb DNA" ability now not only doesn't cost chem to use, it actually regenerates a small amount (if successful).

My updates:
-Alert Computer ( as seen in CE's office and bridge) renamed to Station Alert Computer. Object path altered to reflect this change (formerly computer/atmospherics/alerts, now computer/station_alert)
-Circuit board changed to reflect above alteration. Renamed as well (also easier to figure out what it goes to with the new name)
-Alert Computer added to atmospherics.
-Alert computer will now report on power failures on the station.
-Alert computer will now flash red (similar to atmos alert computer) when an alert is present.
-General Alert computer renamed to Atmospheric Alert Computer. Same as changes to alert computer, however there was no circuit board to fix.
-Fixed bug in which APCs were not properly clearing power alerts for the AI and alert computers.
-Fixed a bug in which atmos alert computers were not properly updating icon_state-wise on a power change (they would just vanish). This bug also affected the updated station alert computer, but as I said this has been resolved.
I think that's it on my updates.
Errorage's updates are to the mining station and construction area. He vanished on IRC so I can't get him to cough up more details and I need sleep, so he can comment on this if he wants.

- New Implant: Explosive. Implant it into a prisoner and you can detonate it remotely from a Prisoner Management console (located on the prison station and in the Armory). Armor access required to activate the explosives. A box of the implants is located on the prison station and another in the Armory. WARNING: Implantation of a subject who hasn't been convicted of a felony is a felony under the Space Code of Justice. Detonation of an individual may be considered murder as if they were killed by any other method.
- Wardens office rearranged so that it's easier to get around and you don't accidentally open the door so much.
- Spess Carp! OH SHIT. You can beat them up assuming they don't eat you first. Can be found wandering in space. Be careful: They're fast and smart.
- New Random Event: "Unknown biological entities have been detected on the station, Please Stand By."
- Chicks! Can't do anything with them yet but they're cute!
- Poppy and Corn sprites added (growing, full grown, harvested, wilted, seeds, etc). Red, Green, and Yellow gelatin (because jell=o is copyrighted) sprites also added.
