* Smart fridge smartly shows (x5)(x10)(x25)(All) vend options based on quantity stored
* Gateway fix: When the away mission gate is calibrated, you will come out facing south. Matters somewhat when walking through in an exosuit. Also one pedantic text edit.
* Drink volume estimation:
* * Moved "half-full" to 26%-66% rather than 25%-49%
* * Moved "almost full" to 67%-90% rather than 50%-111% (1/.9)
Also removed /obj/item/weapon/directions and /obj/item/weapon/paperscrap.
They've been replaced by /obj/item/weapon/paper/crumpled and /obj/item/weapon/paper/crumpled/bloody.
Updated 2.1.0 and all away missions.

Standardization of the object tree and some modified functionality.
Moved a lot of storage/*_kit and similar boxes to storage/box/* ; most of these can now be found in boxes.dm. First aid kits remain a separate item type.
Replacement Light boxes pick up lights (for example broken ones) when used on them
Moved weapon/secstorage to storage/secure
Moved plant bags, ore satchel, trash bag, and sheet snatcher to storage/bag, in bags.dm
Fixed reagent_containers and snacks to pass through attackby() so the use_to_pickup code works. This affects plant bags, trash bags, and pill bottles.
Dice packs are now pill bottles, and all pill bottles can pick up dice.
Added error handling to uplink/generate_menu() so that one mistyped string doesn't bork the whole syndie uplink menu, since strings cannot be type-checked at compile time.
Cigarette packs and crayon boxes are now storage/fancy, however they retain existing update_icon() code.
Added a comment to storage.dm so that future people know where to look for use_to_pickup and allow_quick_gather code.
Updated all maps.
I've tried to test this thoroughly but I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few lingering issues. Try not to panic if you encounter any.

* Makes grass auto-stack when harvested
* Allows seeds to be extracted from grass
* Allows the smart-fridge and plant bags to accept seeds.
* Lays the groundwork for a seeds-only version of the smart fridge, to eventually replace the existing seed vender (not yet hackable, though)
-Fixed window doors not opening when you click on them.
-Added a reset button for the job selection screen.
-Fixed a bug with the traitor panel which leaves ex-changelings with the evolution menu.
-I re-added the variables for the intercept report but commented them out.

Improvements to Telecomms. I wasn't happy with my relays and having telecomms send several messages on different Z levels was not effecient. I decided to overcome this by removing the need to attach Broadcasters and Transmitters to relays. Then I made relays just add to the signal data which z levels the message will be broadcasted on, instead of sending the message several times. It's a bit hard to explain but basically it should be better then ever, and adding more relays will not create serious performance issues. Since you can't control whether the Z level could only receive messages or only send them, I added options on the relay itself so you can set it. I then made an additional feature, which Nodrak gave me the idea for, which is that busses can change the frequency of a signal. It's an option on the Bus and you can set it to change the signal's frequency, which can create hilarious situations such as the command channel being redirected to the general channel. No way to duplicate a signal with a different frequency at the moment.
Since relays earlier depended on a stupid system in order to become a off-site relay, I instead just made it limited to the satellite Z level, which makes more sense.
Broadcasters and Receivers are linked to the HUB, but it's still possible to create a simple telecommunication system with a "Receiver -> Bus -> Processer -> Broadcaster" (though it will be slow)
OTHER
Smartfridge limit was lowered to 999, just below the infinite loop check limit. This is to prevent further issues that may occure.
Moved creating some icon datums above the SQL procs, just to make sure that the SQL itself isn't sleeping and causing issues with the datums being used before being loaded.

-Decreased flare duration, again(!)
-Made a based interact proc and changed the updateDialog to call that instead of attack_hand. This caused issues with the APC and getting the power cell out of it. I then changed all machines that had their own defined proc (that was everywhere)

This has a few advantages: The 16(!) sacks of flour previously in the kitchen cabinet have been condensed to an equivalent 3 sacks. Beer is now brewable with universal enzyme, and converting lots of wheat into flour should be less tedious. Also, flour grenades, etc.
Because of this, flour is now obtained from the all-in-one blender rather than the processor, and spaghetti noodles are made with 5 units of flour in the microwave.

This cleans up all of the files in code/game/objects/items/weapons. Meaning that the re-organizing part of this endeavour is complete. All that is left is to start dragging down all of the object definitions from code/defines/ into their proper places.
While I'm certain this is all good, I'll apologize now if files or paths end up broken.

All credits to the author for this handy little script.
I Committed the modified python script to tool directory. Although it needs to be in the root folder of your repo to work.
To notice the improved compile times, in dreammaker go to Build > Preferences > and untick "automatically set file_dir for subfolders"
If this commit inteferes with any large projects just revert it, do your thing, then rerun the script. Easy-peasy.

Fixed issue 767.
The fix for issue 767 was to standardise spray bottle code (to some extent). If any issues come up with spray bottles, pepper spray, or chem sprayers, report them to me.
Cyborgs now recharge their pacid and lube, as the size of their bottles was quartered.
Changed the flash item_state to "flashbang", as it looks exactly like a flash.
There's some more grammar and text clean up too, mostly with crates and closets.
Finally, fixed some pipes in virology, and changed the librarian's den so the bookcases are at the top.

-Redid icons to be more optimized at compile by setting icon = 'icons/folder/icon.dmi' instead of just icon = 'icon.dmi', meaning that Dream Maker doesn't have to search through every single file for every single .dmi. This shouldn't lead to any errors because of how I went about it, plus the fact that Dream Maker would have freaked out if I screwed something up. Also moved around 2 icons that weren't sorted well.

Nodrak:
- Bags of Holding can no longer be brought to the clown planet
- Made a quick new sprite for broken telescreens
- Removed the clusterbang from the HoS safe. It is currently bugged and not in presentable condition, however, someone is working on it.
- Added a machine check to shift+click. Partial fixes issue 534 (see Zek's stuff for more.) I'm not really sure of a better way to fix this that wouldn't involve a whole pile of coding...
- Cigarettes now evenly distribute chemicals injected into a pack of cigarettes. Partial fix for issue 548 (see Zek's stuff for more.)
Commit for Zekkeit/39kk9t
- The gibber now provides attack logs of who the mob gibbed, or who the mob was gibbed by. How can you tell who a mob was gibbed by when the mob gets destroyed? Well read the next enhancement!
- Attack logs now transfer to the ghost of the mob who dies
- You can no longer survive cold by cooling yourself down before jumping into space. Fixes issue 206.
- Ghost() is now a client proc, not a mob proc. Fixes issue 442
- Fix for issue 493.
- Added a range check to shift+click. Fixes issue 534.
- Cigarette packs are now limited to (15*number of cigarettes) units of reagents. Fixes Issue 548.
- Added organ inaccuracy to guns. This means, for example, that you wont hit the mob's chest with 100% accuracy. You may end up hitting the mob's arm, or head instead. Accuracy is directly related to distance.

This adds the contents of the details variable at the end of the variable, which is defined in the variable variable. You know this last line makes perfect sense.
It also adds a space between what is already in details and what you're adding.
in effect it's a
s += " content"
Added an autogibber. If you bump into it from the right end, it gibs you.
Added an exit into space at engineering, by the escape pod.
- External airlocks require engineering + external access
- pod airlocks don't require any access
Added an exit into space at the pod in security
- External airlocks require security + external access

Rewrote the job selection system to use bitflags and the jobs are now objects.
Fixed a path conflict with effect which caused a few things to be unable to be clicked on.
Commented out the job.txt, Urist if you still want it to load from the .txt give me a yell and I can update it to work with the job objects.
Fixed up the bits that were missing the slightly updated mob organ attack code.
Moved the traps file into unused.

/obj/effects is now /obj/effect.
/obj/station_objects is now /obj/structure.
Did a bit of minor blob work.
The Bay 12 body bags were replaced with closets because having two sets of code that do almost the same thing is silly.
Changed back a few of the last jobproc edits as the remove from list before assign was a check to see if the mob was fucked up and if it was remove it so we did not check it again as it would still be fucked up.
The medbay/tox monkeys names are random once more. More random name monkeys will help with changeling and clean up the observe/mob menus.

Two new categories were made: station_objects and effects. station_objects, which I'm sure someone will want renamed to 'structures' contains the objects which don't need process() or power code.
Effects contains objects which are either landmarks, triggers, spawners or decal.

Changelog:
- Plant potency now works. Amount of reagents inside of a fruit is based on the plant's potency.
- Minor adjustments to plants.
- Biogenerator fix. Amount of points is determined by the amount of nutrients plant has
- Blender fix. Amount of nutrients from tomatoes, soybeans and corn is transformed into their respected reagents properly in accordance to conservation of mass
- Plantspray and weedspray functionality reintroduced.

Sugary plants, blend them for sugars.
Foods Sugar packets are removed, coco paste removed (it is now a reagent), and crushed leaves are removed (due to not taking advantage of the potency system).
Blend Coco Pods for Coco! Then add sugar and milk (or soymilk) for a chocolate bar! Or add water for hot chocolate (chocolate milk TBA). Crushed chocolate renamed crushed coco (is a reagent).
Kitchen closet has a condiment bottle of sugar in it now, rather than a billion packets of sugar.
Candies apples use 5 units of sugar now, rather than a pack of sugar.
Modified some new hydroponics plants to take advantage of the potency system.
Had a go with a few drink bottles in party crates that weren't showing up due to a typo!
Feed Nuka Cola to humans or animals and they won't just spaz out, they will spaz out so much not even the cold can slow them down.
Deleted some redundant reagents (there were two lime juices, two creams, and I forget what else). Rearranged a few reagents. Capisin and frost oil never added nutriment factor to start with, and they really shouldn't. That's pretty much it.

Hydro can now grow cocoa trees and harvest cocoa pods.
The chef can process the cocoa pods into cocoa and process that into chocolate bars. He can also put the chocolate bars into the blender to get crushed chocolate, which the barman can use.
Lemon, watermelon, poison berry juice and crushed chocolate is added to the reagents list.
Barman can now also serve a chocolate drink. He can also now serve Lemon, Watermelon and Poison berry juice as drinks.
Poison Berry was made a mutation of berries.
Nurse uniform was now also fully fixed.
PS. Poison berry was added to the juicer machine as well.

Added two new hats to the station. A Security Coft Hat and a Green Bandana.
Security Coft Hat can be found in security lockers. Sugar packs can be found in kitchen locker.
Map updated with Green Bandanas in Hydro and one Sec Coft Hat on the security table.
Hydro has two new plants, the Athelas Morgan's Tears(which has some healing properties) and the White Beet.
White beet and Morgan's Tears can be used on a grinder or blender and made into Sugur and into Crushed Athelas Morgan's Tears respectively.
Credits for sprites goes to Farart.
