* Handlers converted, now to fix 3532 compile errors

Aquilar fa84366203 Added an icon to differentiate the blueprints from the CE's blueprints. purely to prevent confusion.
Fixed the pinpointer from pointing to cyborg and slime blueprints by;
Changing the steal objectives to require the CE's copy of the blueprints exclusive. Which required changing few lines in various places that reference that specific copy.

Tigercat2000 bee2954d7b Ports holomap blueprints from tg/vg.
Changes:
 - Clicking "view structural data" in the station blueprints menu will
   show you ghost images of where things like disposal pipes, wires,
   atmospherics pipes, and other power machinery are originally supposed
   to go. Note, this will show you the ghost images over turfs even if the
   machinery is destroyed.

Tigercat2000 9d430844c3 Replace most (if not all) output << operators with to_chat(user, message)
Currently, to_chat is literally just a proc that does user << message.
But it'll let us do output modification in the future, especially for
something like Goon's HTML chat.

giacomand@gmail.com f6078aba78 - Bugfix for user created areas not correctly powering machinery.
- Fix for retaliating hostile mobs to not attack itself.
- Grammar fix for goats and cows.
- Fix for malfunction and continuous rounds; which doesn't stop the count down timer when the AI dies.
- Spiderlings won't grow inside vents and spiderlings are much easier to kill, can be shot with a projectile and display a message after dying.

giacomand@gmail.com 3e24586d6b -Work done on facehuggers to stop them from being buggy if they're sterile or in a bag. Added icon sprites for inactive facehuggers when they're on a person, meaning they won't turn invisible.

elly1989@rocketmail.com 50fbfa0c35 As per SoS' request, added a config option ALLOW_ADMIN_OOCCOLOR. If commented out, admins won't be able to have their own personal ooc colours (it will use the default dark red colour).

-Decreased flare duration, again(!)
-Made a based interact proc and changed the updateDialog to call that instead of attack_hand. This caused issues with the APC and getting the power cell out of it. I then changed all machines that had their own defined proc (that was everywhere)

elly1989@rocketmail.com 4d9876fd65 Fixes issues with pen bbcode. Replacetext did not work correctly after I changed text2list - (It was missing 'needles' at the beginning of 'haystacks').
>dd_replacetext and dd_replacetext_case are now replacetext and replacetextEx respectively.
>replacetext and replacetextEx works using strings only; it doesn't convert it into a list and then back into a string.

Fixes some dumb-dumbs in textlist and text2listEx
> "<" where there should be a "<="
> no else case for when the separator is longer than the text (causing empty lists to be returned)

This brings down a bunch of defines from /code/defines/obj.dm unto their appropriate files.

I've moved morgue.dm from game/machinery into game/objects/structures since that file contains no machines.

I've reorganized the objects/items/stacks folder and made a 'sheets' and 'tiles' folder to keep things separate

I've separated stool_chair_bed.dm into its own folder which now contains the files: stools.dm, chairs.dm, bed.dm and alien_nests.dm to make it a little easier to go through.

Cleaned up the files themselves.
Everything in code/game/objects should now be in proper files or places with the exception of the files in the /weapons/ sub-folder.

There's two instances of me not following the exact file structure.
- /obj/item/brain has been moved to a file in mob/living/carbon/brain
- /obj/item/clothing/mask/facehugger has been moved into mob/living/carbon/alien/special
Both of these may not make sense according to the object structure, but they do make sense logically. If it's a problem just move them.

Next up: Finish the files in the weapon folder, then start moving defines down.


My god I hope I havent broken everything.
