26ce5db5b0 Meteors and Space dust (now that they work again) will no longer have an effect on singularity containment. Field generators and Emitters are protected.
I added a check to meteor and space dust Bump() directly because changing ex_act() on the machines themselves would make the machines immune to bombs and C4.
Hopefully fixes issue 716.

light/process() was added back in causing lights to use power as they were meant to. Recently lights have been made brighter causing more power to be drained. As a result the engineering APC would not last very long. The station using a lot of power is a good thing since the singularity produces an incredible amount of power, so to keep this higher power demand but still give engineers a fighting chance to set up the singularity, I've bumped up the engineering APC's starting battery power.

c62bdf0a6e -Cleaned up sacrificing again so it didn't rely on hasvar()
-Made a variation of hasvar(), creatively named has_var(), intended for objects versus datums, and the var name is case sensitive
-Clean up mech fabricator code considerably, the terrible switches are all gone, and I was able to make it more robust at the same time. Now, if a junk item is added to the mech fab then it will remove it in 1 of 2 places, either when you call for the queue to be displayed (Will throw it out then rebuild the queue) or when it is processing the queue (Will throw it out then reprocess the building), so now you won't even see the shit that finds its way in there.
-Made the add_part_to_set() useful, now instead of dumping everything in the "Exosuit Equipment" category, it checks if the design's category matches one of the part sets, then adds it to said set if it does (All others get dumped into "Misc"). Right now there isn't much through, mostly just moving MMIs, cells, etc... to the "Misc" set, but this would be easy to use with any other system that handles designs
-Little bit of OCD here, but I noticed that the cells on the map were all 'crap' cells, even though they had 1.5x the charge of a high-capacity cell, so I changed them all to high-capacity cells with the added capacity

f657677a99 Fixed issue 775.
Fixed issue 767.

The fix for issue 767 was to standardise spray bottle code (to some extent). If any issues come up with spray bottles, pepper spray, or chem sprayers, report them to me.
Cyborgs now recharge their pacid and lube, as the size of their bottles was quartered.

Changed the flash item_state to "flashbang", as it looks exactly like a flash.

There's some more grammar and text clean up too, mostly with crates and closets.

Finally, fixed some pipes in virology, and changed the librarian's den so the bookcases are at the top.

ae45d10423 Pulse emitters (singulo engine) are no longer susceptible to EMPs. Resolves Issue 761
The Field generators are now offset from each-other to allow the engine to be restarted should containment fail.

cc544acea0 Removed the tensioner. It was buggy and really only served to ruin rounds. The original purpose of the tensioner before Poly reworked it was to act as a stat tracker, which is now meaningless since erro has a fully operational stat tracker in place.
As a result, cyborg death squads were also removed.

This also fixes meteors and space dust so that they properly take into account the borders of the map. Please do not hardcode numbers when we have defines in place.

2e89abaff8 - Adds 9 randomised coils of wire to Art Storage.

74be6141e8 -Fixed Beepsky's patrol route by adding in missing nav beacons. He now patrols the starboard and fore primary hallways.

853433e610 -Fixed exterior virology access button not working
-Increased brightness of light bulbs to 4 (up from 3). This is so I wouldn't have to spam a whole bunch of light bulbs in darker areas to get the same mood it had before the darkness update. And since I don't need them any more, I've removed a bunch of light bulbs I added in in an earlier commit.
-Added a maint door to the Janitor's closet
-Map changes to library and medbay. Thanks, Dingus!

eed3885255 -Removed some more cameras on mining
-Shuffled some cameras around in the security office so the firing range can easily be an AI blind spot
-Added a couple of lights to the AI areas so you can at least see the turrets shooting at you

b047f9565a Tidied up sd_DAL a bit to remove the last of the light-spilling and outside lighting since we have never used it.
Removed some unused variables from APCs (and cleaned up the map so they could be removed)

ccb6589e20 A couple of mapping stuff for Giacom
-AI Upload Foyer is now Secure Tech Access, and the outer door only requires Bridge access
-Attached to it are two new rooms: The messaging server room and the communications relay.
-The comms relay room runs off its own SMES unit like the AI, so it won't be affected by powersinks
-Reduced the number of recievers/broadcasters. Only presets now. Giacom will finish them. He also needs to fix the password paper not generating.

67bf7af39c As a temporary fix for digital valves not working correctly on map start-up.
The Oxygen Outlet Valve, Nitrogen Outlet Valve and Air-Mix Outlet valve all start closed.
TAKE NOT ATMOS-TECHS! This means you have to open them yourselves at round start now, or the station will slowly run out of air!

9df6e10d74 -Moved the comms relays on mining into its own room
-Reduced the number of cameras on mining station
-Reduced the amount of r-walls on mining station
-Merged a bunch of areas in mining station /area/s. It really didn't need an APC for every closet-sized room.
-Moved the tool vender from Aux Tool Storage to Primary Tool Storage

e6f582a254 All radios now only work in their Z level. This means that the CommSat has a few more additions to work with this change. There is now a new Telecomms Machine called the Relay which allows information to travel across Z levels. It it then linked to a new machine called the Hub, which will receive information from the Relays and send it to the buses. Because every Z level needs these relays, which are linked up with Receivers/Broadcasters, every Z level will get one. There is one in the station, in the RD's office, one in Telecomms as always, one in the Ruskie station which is turned off and hidden from the HUB's linked list. The last one is in Mining but the location for it has not been decided yet.</li>
PDAs now need to be in a Z level with a functioning Relay/Comms Network in order to send messages. It will also send uncompressed (scrambled) messages like you would with the ordinary voice messages.

I've gotten rid of the "in world" check for blackboxes, when there can only be one.

You can now easily send test signals to see if Telecomms is functioning for an atom. test_telecomms()

9822174a60 Changed the dormitory area from /area/crew_quarters to /area/crew_quarters/sleep so that wizards and the like who try to teleport there wont end up in completely unrelated places like /area/crew_quarters/hor (RD's office)
Moved 'Check AI Laws' to the admin tab instead of being hidden away in the secrets window.
