Frenjo 05b0ae29bd Updates head of security office layout 
Moves the disposal unit from the east to the west corner of the room.

Moves the filing cabinet to the tile previously occupied by the disposal unit.

Adds a table, with the megaphone, universal recorder and cassette tape to the spot previously occupied by the filing cabinet.

Removes the megaphone, universal recorder and cassette tape from the head of security's locker.

Renames the head of security's hat to the head of security's cap for consistency.

Updates the path of the head of security's cap to /obj/item/clothing/head/helmet/HoS/cap.

Lowercases many item names.

Adds some missing 's to a couple of items.

Replaces the standard security winter coat in the cynosure variant of the locker with the specific head of security variant.

* quick fixes

- 'rapid' isn't actually a laser type, oops
- changes the description of the shelter to be more accurate
- adds some light sockets. APC got totally mangled by the pod but there should at least be nonfunctional lights

Removes nationalism from chapel.
Adds nationalism to gym.
Adds additional GPS unit (1) to Security locker room.
Painstakingly extracts concrete pillars sunk underneath the pool and gym.
Lazily sinks some new concrete pillars fifty feet away.
Also sinks a whole bunch more pillars around. These now delineate important structures, landing pads, etc.
Adds additional disposal units.
