6b802b61e8 Port VOREStation PR 6914 Speed up map load significantly
- Set initialized = FALSE on unsimulated turfs that need to intialize.
- Most of area/New() to initialize
- Faster lookup of self-init on atoms
- Split air alarm and fire alarm files, move new to initialize
- Tweak decals and opacity

5f8bc01ce3 Ports Skybox Parallax
- Port based on Baystation's implementation and customized for our code and usages.
- Switched space icon_state permutation to a "dust" overlay that is permutated the same way. As an overlay, the dust can be *above* the parallax planes. Space turfs are now white to allow skybox to BLEND_MULTIPLY onto them.
- Added skybox hud effect that replaces background space turfs with an image moved to create a parallax effect.
- Added skybox subsystem to generate and manage skybox parallax images, and lots of images for it!

85d3cbfa12 Replaced "area" shuttles with "landmark" shuttles.
Largely ported from the work done at Baystation in Baystation12#17460 and later commits.

 - Shuttles no longer require a separate area for each location they jump to.
   Instead destinations are indicated by landmark objects, which are not necessarily exclusive to that shuttle.
   This means that more than one shuttle could use the same docking port (not at the same time of course).
 - Enhanced shuttle control computers to use nanoui if they didn't.
 - Organizes shuttle datum code a bit better so there is less re-inventing the wheel in subtypes.
 - Allows the possibility of shuttles (or destinations) that start on late-loaded maps.
 - Deprecate the "extra" shuttle areas that are no longer needed and update shuttle areas in unit tests

This all required a bit of infrastructure improvements.

 - ChangeArea proc, for changing the area of a turf.
 - Fixed lighting overlays actually being able to be destroyed.
 - Added a few utility macros and procs.
 - Added "turf translation" procs which are like move_contents_to but more flexible.

be73b8c36a for(var/bad_code in world)
Removes a very large amount of world loops.
Adds a macro to painlessly generate a global list, and the needed code to modify the list when an object is made or deleted automatically.
Cleans up some commented out code.

9d0ffb96ee POLARIS: Tweak map-loading in some ways
Fixes loading of map templates, now loads it acutally in the center instead of to the upper-left of center.
Warns you if you try to load a submap which is larger than the current world size.

Or how Woodrat spent too long on something that was supposed to be simple.

- Addition of a Explorer Radio Channel and headsets.
- Explorers and Search and Rescue job slots added
- Adjustments to the pilot job including getting rid of the flatcap
- Map fixes, adjustments, (including signs pointing to cryo) planetside side map additions splitting up of the wilderness into two area sections
- Disabled lighting on the arrivals shuttle area once it is docked with the station, should help with the whole issue of lighting bugging out and having dark space
- Fixed EMS jacket missing icons
- Fixed Research signs being missing for some reason, addition of directional signs for cryo
- Addition of a Search and Rescue Winter coat
- Probably a dozen other small bug fixes I forgot, and bug additions

Tested, seems fine. At least in short tests.

b4ca6b11e1 Switch nanomap computers over to using get_sensor_levels()
* Added a proc to the map datum which returns what zlevels a nanomap capable computer should display.
* Updated the atmos control, power monitoring, crew monitoring, and camera consoles to use it.
* Changed templates to not show the map button if no map levels are available.

5594c9db39 An easier and more maintainable way of setting up the map datum.
* Settings for specific z-levels are defined in datum types, allowing the lists of Z levels to be automatically configured.  This solves the problem of being unable to use the z-level #defines in associative lists.
* Converted the example and northern star maps to use the new system.

12abb2d6f2 Ports a large chunk of the map datum system that europa/bay uses.
Links many map-specific details such as the station name, z-level information, and allowed jobs from global vars to map datum vars, which should help us maintain multiple maps at once in the future, which will be needed for the future Southern Cross.
Note that a config change will be needed to change GENERATE_ASTEROID to GENERATE_MAP, otherwise no changes should be required to continue normal map usage.
To change to a different map, it's suggested to tick the file that ticks all the other needed files, which for the Northern Star is called northern_star.dm.
