fb9bfd8639 Move character join log statement
Was only logging latejoins due to where this line was placed. Moved it into job controller to catch any time anyone is assigned a job period.

b7090d7df2 Adds Tajaran Akhani language. (#5032)
* Adds Tajaran Akhani language.
Fixes plural form of Tajaran (Tajara->Tajaran) in about 50 places.

* Gives the language a colour distinct from Siik.

5847319443 Update every initialize() proc to return an initialize hint.
* Yes, all of them.
* Also did a few corrections to redundant New() and broken Destroy() along the way
* Renamed the turf_initializer.initialize() proc to InitializeTurf to avoid confusion.
* Subsumed /area/proc/initialize into /atom/proc/initialize() - Made /area's LateInitialize to get same behavior as before.

* Polaris initial plane upstream merge

* POLARIS: Fix RIG visors with new plane system, and material scanner VIS_FULLBRIGHT

* POLARIS: Fix GetFlatIcon so that cameras and id pictures don't show the HUD overlays.

* POLARIS: Adds a 'alter values' proc for plane master ease of tweaking

Setting stuff like colorblindness variety and things.

* Remove NIF reference, fix lighting layer define

* Handle effects above lighting plane

* Moved all layer defines to planes+layers.dm
* Fixed overlays that are supposed to be above lighting to use the PLANE_LIGHTING_ABOVE

* Merge: 3000% human/update_icons() speed improvement

* Merge: Avoid ghosts pointing at things

404ac0f42c It's time for hair color revolution here too!
-Aye greetings from downstream hell where I managed to solve the locally intense ADD vs MULTIPLY blend mode discource once and for all with a fresh as hell new option that combines the best of both worlds without the downsides.
-You can now have hairstyles that retain both, shading and highlights in every color how cool is that?
-Got told to port this stuff up here too so you're welcome. Spread the word if ya want. Planning to hit up the other blend stuffs as well some time, but here's a little something for now.

da62af2fdb Dirt, hair, and underwear
Fixes the bug where prometheans would be able to eat the same dirt repeatedly, since the tile never actually got the dirt removed. Also, prometheans are no longer able to eat dirt and other messes off the floor unless their feet are uncovered.

Prometheans are now able to pick their hair in the character setup menu, and also to have underwear. Hopefully you get the goo-resistant kind.

e158fcd3cc Macro Replacements. (#3574)
* A preface to my madness

Travis failed one of my PR's because I copied old code
that used /red /blue /green.

Because of this, I am going to find and replace every
instance of it that I find.

Also this is a test commit to make sure I'm comitting
to the correct branch.

* /blue /green /red replacements

Dear god.

A slow and painful death from acid is more fun than this.

I wouldn't wish this torture on my worst enemy.
And this is only the beginning

* Replace part 2.

Time to fix the human error.

* Fixes mismatches

* Sets macro count to 220

One above the current number of macros in the code.

* Fixes last of the mismatches.

* Removes spaces, replaces \black

Replaces \bold with <B> </B> where seen

ad6e395ae2 Replaces intelliCards with intelliCores.
Sprites replaced with a black box that could conceivably contain a brain, while obscuring the details. Complete with screen and convenient handle.
Usage text modified to make sense for MMIs/posibrains, instead of just drone brains (e.g. downloaded → transferred).
Description added to the new intelliCores. Made into normal-sized item, similar to MMIs/posibrains.

This is an alternative to either changing lore to allow for brain uploading, or changing code to allow for choosing multiple AI brain types.

Like plus or ampersand or single or escaped quotes in the name, it goes crazy. You can't remove Socks+Belly because it has a plus, once you've added it. I have no idea why. But here's a quick fix.
