mob_cleanup.dm will hold procs that are dirty and need to be written in a cleaner matter. (No insult to original writers)

Cleaned up some stray transparent pixels around the disposal pipe sprites.
Slightly modified the janitor's mop bucket sprite. Maybe it'll look a little less shit.

Most notable, removed an assload of windows throughout engineering. Removed CE reception desk and replaced with Rwalls.
Moved around a bit of stuff on the CE desk. Moved some desks at singulo observation.
added a set of two power monitors in CE office.
added two coils of wire in engineering storage (not secure storage).
Moved the emergency closet near engineering reception desk. Added a second emergency closet.
Moved some vending machines.
Mass modified electrical wiring near engineering.
Mass modified atmos piping near engineering.
Replaced tables in SMES room with a set of two power monitors.
Other stuff I don't remember. Easter egg hunt!
Also put back fullbeackers wihs was accidentalyl removed.

As the attempted list dead people's names as their real_name did not work, dead people's names are back to the old style.

Remember if your scrolling though the list and something is unchecked it should almost certainly be checked.

You need to swipe and ID to lock an emitter,
PDAs will no longer have a popup when you attempt to put an ID into them.
PDAs have an Update Info button just below the ID slot when an ID is in it.

The PA can no longer be remotely controlled by humans and cyborgs can only control it if they are nearby.
The spawn PA can now be taken apart.
FireAx/Extinguisher closets got their own files.
Food closets are now with their defines.
Freezer closet/crates override return_air() to cooldown the contents.
The var isinfreezer has been eliminated.
The old player panel has been readded as an alt for the new one, it may be found under the Player Panel verb.
The new player panel may be accessed by the Player Panel-New verb.
Crates.dm moved from the storage folder as it is not a storage object.
Fixed Issue 227 about the PA shooting when it should not be.

On the other hand, simple animals now take damage from harmful projectiles (bullets, lasers). Because of their low amount of health and lack of armour, this means lasers kill most animals in a single shot (I might need to give them some sort of damage reduction so that poor Ian doesn't get killed in one shot every round).

You can now access a hidden maintenance interface in all the telecomm machinery by using a Multitool on them.
You can now build telecommunication machines, albeit they require a substantial amount of research and materials to make. Added in a few new stock parts constructable in the R&D Protolathe.

Wrapped objects can now be labelled with a pen
Wrapped small packages can be picked up, and are now opened by being used on themselves.
Added a new disposal pipe part: The wrapsortjunction diverts disposalholders with a tomail value of 1. Disposalholders are given a tomail value of 1 only if they originate from a disposal unit with a package in it.
Package wrappers are now w_class = 4.0. This is to prevent bugs when wrapping containers.
Mail office remapped such that packages flushed down disposals end up on a special table.
Package wrappers placed in most of the station departments. Some of these may be removed in the future if unneeded.
Changelog updated accordingly.

Soul Stones can now capture Shades (which heals them)
Soul Stones capturing a soul will now be imprinted with that shade, and be unable to capture new souls/other shades
Added ectoplasm object/sprites. As of now it has no uses.
Shades now delete on death and leave ectoplasm behind.
Soulstones can be bought with the wizards spellbook (as a set of six) and from the cultist supply talisman.
The Chaplain has a single soulstone in his office (mostly for testing/so it will get used often and I can get feedback)
Speaking of items on the map for testing, Reactive Teleport Armour no longer spawns in the RD's office (because Urist will murder me if I have to retarded test items out at once)
Removed some no longer needed code regarding soulstones from the suicide verb.
Updated the changelog

DISCLAIMER: I make no guarantees that these will work without problems (or even crashing the server). There are several issues with machines due to sanity checks assuming only 100 units is the max a beaker can hold. These are for testing purposes. Use at your own risk. I plan to include every reagent in the game eventually as well as standard 50 unit beakers for non-testing use.

Rotten meat is now named similarly to normal meat, but has a different sprite.
Cold room tweaked a bit more.
Kitchen juicer moved from the central table to the table below the microwave.
