spookerton 3abdbbaa1c replaces atom.initialized with ATOM_INITIALIZED 
refactors atom/var/flags to atom_flags and area_flags
moves NOBLOODY, NOBLUDGEON, and PHORONGUARD to item_flags instead of atom_flags
corrects various misapplied flags
