Blue/Colourable/Surgical Aprons & Old Poncho for Most Taurs

Just getting this done - soon (TM) I'll be working on regular cloaks & ponchos.

Mexican poncho

Added for cow, deer, drake, feline, horse, lizard, naga, otie, slug & wolf taurs (where missing).

Minor sprite adjustment to drake taur's Mexican poncho.
