- put all carpet and warning (black-yellow striped) floor tiles into one icon state. The warning floor now actually fits together as it should. Replaced all instances of these on the main map and removed all (now) redundant floor icons from floors.dmi. (did not sort whoever's code problems from a previous update, so the code remains uncompilable. FIX THAT SHIT!)
