Allows guns in suit slots to appear on your back (#3695)

* Deletes redundant ionrifle sprite.

* Corrected ion rifle sprite to be consistent

It's top left to bottom right for everything else, not bottom left to
top right.

* Adds slung sprites from back.dmi to belt_mirror.dmi

Except, y'know, mirroed!

* Forgot the C-20r SMG. Noticed while testing.
