0b89e9e682 Tweak: Changes gas strings in air_alarm.dm to be consistent with defines 
goal:Consistency with gases.dm and constants.ts
 *tweak: made all lowercase gas strings use "_" if spaced where appropriate to properly refer to their id in gases.dm
 *tweak: If use of underscore was not intended, made sure all words start with capital
 *Reasoning: gas id is all lowercase with underscore
 *Reasoning: gas name is each word with a capitalized start
 *tweak: Changed "Toxin" air alarm entry to "Phoron"

8e8265eb91 Caps Downside of Biofuel Processor Traits 
If species.synthetic_food_coeff is = 1, then charging is efficiency is zero while still draining power. Likewise values greater than 1 will result in power LOSS while charging. This fixes both issues.

Minimum charge efficiency is now 10%.
