Updates Traveller's Guide with new species lore
...
Replaces blurbs with cataloguer information when able.
Otherwise, using wikipedia blurbs.
Added Rapala and Altevians and Drones and Cyborgs.
Edited positronic lifespan to follow Synthetic lore on wiki
Wrote custom text for drones and cyborgs, in spirit of the Synthetic Page.
Deleted ancient "TODO" commented out lore as that will never be relevant again. We'll just use the wiki where needed.
Government, locations etc untouched for now. They're on the TODO list.
Also TODO: potentially edit language so it is consistent across blurbs.
Also added an OOC note on the main page to warn that this book contains IC bias, and to consult the wikipedia's backstory entry for objective lore.

Adds Anesthetic Tanks to Medical Gripper
...
A small adjustment that allows medical borgs to take and place anesthetic tanks ONLY. Specifically no oxygen/nitrogen/phoron etc.
This isn't a power spike, but in the case of surgery/trauma borgs allows them to do their job still in the rare event a wall-mounted anesthetic pump is unusable.

These are mostly copy pasta edits of things that already work, however, I do not know how to set up a database on my test server, so! These tools have not been tested beyond compiling and running and seeing that the window pops up.
They work the same way as the existing method of book deletion though, so there's little reason to think they will do anything especially differently.
