* Some icon fixes

Fixes Gorkas not having shown sprites
Makes missing suit sprites show up as an owlsuit instead of a giant floating SUIT text so it's not ~as~ immersion breaking but still gives an indication somethinng is broken
Makes vox missing sprite show up as a generic suit instead of a giant floating SUIT text
Makes teshari missing uniform sprite show up as a generic rainbow teshari suit

Makes missing rolled down/sleeves down sprites show up as an owlsuit.
Renames some duplicate icon states to notify them as old or alternative versions.

Fixes the rig gear to not drop your equipped gear after undeployment

- Allows you to properly wear a ring under a rigsuit
- Gets rid of a LOT of duplicate var  = XYZ in places
- Makes it so clothing actually properly provide protection to the areas they're covering. (This doesn't change anything unless their actual min_cold_protection or max_heat_protection is adjusted!)
- Adds a define for CHEST which is just UPPER_TORSO|LOWER_TORSO to make it clear it's protecting your WHOLE chest at a glance.
- Gives some things like knee-high and thigh-high boots proper leg protection

Added 6 variations of bunny suits, all recolourable: A white bunny suit, a maid themed bunny suit, a white reverse bunny suit, a maid themed reverse bunny suit and the two reversed bunny suits without leg parts.

Changed the rabbit ears headwear to be recolourable.

Added a bunny tail accessory, recolourable.

Added all of the above to the costume vending machine.

Added 6 variants of feminine T-shirts, including midriffs, text and shoulder colours.

Added 2 new very short skirts, one with a split exposing one leg.

Added 4 recolourable belt accessories. Thin, thick, strap (no buckle) and studded.

SatinIsle 1a9a3cafdb Size Toy Fun
This PR adds three new functions to existing size toys:

Added a new variant of the size collar that is created by using a wrench to break the crystal. This prevents the user from changing the size manually, and triggering the collar with a signal flips the wearer back and forth between a random size and their original size.

Added a new verb "Spin Size Dial" to size guns to spin the dial to a random size. Found in the object tab or on right click.

Added an alt-click effect to gradual size guns that toggles a size-trading mode. With this active, when you shrink a target you grow at the same speed, and vice versa.
