Watermelon potency is back to before a nerf that happened ages ago.

Because apparently according to this /tg/ code a long time ago, botany 2 strong pls nerf happened, which nerfed both watermelons and pumpkins. Pumpkins got restored, but watermelons didn't. Conclusion: /tg/ oldcoders are the gift that keeps on giving.
