fab3369d57 ATMs no longer steal money from the turf they're on. The reason they did this was because PDA money printers would drop to the floor. 
Instead, PDA money printing now puts the money in the users hands if possible.

5396d1342a Fixes ATMs putting money in windows, now they either try to put it in the direction they're not facing, or throw it away from themselves 
Adds a toggle for ATMs stealing change from the floor

674722ea82 Adds verbs for removing IDs and removing papers from fax machines 
Fax machines use world.time rather than world.timeofday

Can no longer place your IDs and papers in fax machines that are not powered.
