d7ff819fdb Defficiency rework:
- Added pipe layer adapters, for less ugly-looking pipe layering.
 - SME room seriously overhauled
 - Reworked atmospherics piping.  Considering completely deleting atmos and restarting anew.

why is this not working

Fix bugs in adapters.

Bug fixes and tiny tweaks

* Fixes #113, eggs are no longer meat type objects, meaning all egg based recipes work properly.  Eggs also cannot be substituted for meat in recipes now.  Why were these even meat type objects?
* Fixes #132, technically this will cause traitors to fail the Escape objective if they are affected by the time freeze spell and inside the shuttle's brig when they arrive at CentComm.  Shouldn't be an issue.

Multitool cloning.

Add a device to a multitool's linking buffer, click on the multitool in your hand, and any other devices of said type will have ID and frequency "cloned".

Currently works for the following things:
* Unary vents.
* DP vents.
* Air injectors.
* Emitters.
* Scrubbers.

5f7403b0b5 Mapping related fixes.
Fixes #111.

Fixes #12, xenobio now has connected scrubbers AND a second air pressure tank, to be on par with box.

Fixes an issue where the burn chamber scrubbers were SCRUBBING PLASMA OF ALL GASSES.

Just some polishing for arenas

Arenas now refer to the winners by their client's key instead of their mob's key. Which gives a better looking name. (ex: "Deity Link" instead of "deitylink")

Arena Cameras now have XRay view by default.

Violence mode is now default. (bomberman suits offer no protections, bomb always deal damage, explosion range+1 at the start)

bc0ac679b1 Merge branch 'turretsaaaaaaah' into 'Bleeding-Edge'
Fixes a bunch of runtimes and some turret issues

Also allows Ricochet Rifle, Righteous Bison, and Polar Star/Spur projectiles to be properly fired from turrets.
Also adds a button in the secret panel to spawn Turrets, which lets you choose which gun to put in there, and whether to emag it or not.
