This from what I've gathered, is one of the main annoyances about hypothermia. Considering bodytemp_cold_divisor is an arbitrary number, I see no reason to not cave on this issue. This has been tested; the only times you should ever feel the effects of this is when in an incredibly cold environment; otherwise the changes cancel eachother out.
