So it turns out SOME morons who've added prefs to the menu in the past never bothered in putting the actual behavior to make the toggles affect the current game before relogging. So I've manually gone through all the prefs to make sure they have the full behavior the verbs did.

* Letting byond air out its frustrations on the skin, it wants to make these changes if you modify the skin in dream maker and save it, who am I to stop it?

7788cfb1d7 Fixes player age (#11143)
If you log in the for the first time your player age will be "requires database". This causes problems because when you log in for the first time you can set job preferences to other values because your player age is "requires database" which means the game assumes you didn't set up a database and thus removes all job setting restrictions.

* Adds one-way windows.

* Adds sanity to the new full window rotation verb.

* Window rotation verb now checks incapacitated().

* Fixes conflicts.

* Attempting to combine parallax and one-way windows.

* Attempt 2 to merge parallax code and one-way window code.
Parallax now seems to have full functionality.
Obscurities created by one-way windows now update properly even if the client's mob is inside another atom.

* Parallax now uses view() instead of range().

* Obscurities created by one-way windows now prevent mobs with clients attached from hearing speech or visible_messages originating from an obscured tile.

* Moves image generation out of /turf/New().

* No longer loops through parallax_on_clients, now accesses the prefs var.

9c8ed05d1b Probably fixes the two html UI bugs
Fixes the bug where the map isn't replaced properly, I should hope, considering I'm telling it to try resending resources each time you open the thing again.

Fixes the bug where the map is the same between rounds when it shouldn't be, by removing the chance of collision between maps. I know I said that before but I did it wrong that time and the js was never modified so it never could have worked.

Also added some whitespace to give readability to some of the headers.
