Adds clothing item versions of some existing shirts that were previously
only in the undershirt selection next to underwear.
Mostly graphic t-shirts.
Also adds a cropped tank top, modified from the existing tank top.
Progress on DMDocs. PRing progress so far so there's not one mega PR
later with 1500 affected files.
I want my goddamn highlight text on what all these goddamn procs goddamn
do goddamnit. >:(

Turned a ton of unmanaged globals into managed globals.
Refactored some UT output.
Removed some unused things, including vars.
Added a test to ensure people don't keep adding new unmanaged vars.
Added a new wave defense gamemode, Revenants, wherein the station crew have to defend themselves from an endless wave of humanoid bluespace creatures.
Ported the icon from Baystation, it's their blueforged, but I tweaked the mob's alpha values a tad. Baystation12/Baystation12#21669
An array of fishnet stuff (including sockless ones by Aticius), an alt sports bra, an alt bra (the sprite was unused), lacy bras, a halterneck bra, recolorable binders. Most sprites from Polaris.
