Batrachophreno 1c8c0c2221 Bugfix pile (#22823)
Fixes several runtimes from the past few weeks, some additional material
repath regressions, and the fact that if I shoot you with a stream of
ionized deuterium particles, it doesn't riddle you with cancer.

Batrachophreno 4ecb0bc21c Repath obj/machinery to obj/structure/machinery [MDB Ignore] (#22500)
Repaths obj/machinery to obj/structure/machinery. **Note for
reviewers:** the only meaningful changed code exists within
**code/game/objects/structures.dm** and
**code/game/objects/structures/_machinery.dm**, largely concerning
damage procs. With the exception of moving airlock defines to their own
file, ALL OTHER CHANGES ARE STRICTLY PATH CHANGES.

Objects, _categorically_, are largely divided between those you can hold
in your hand/inventory and those you can't. Machinery objects are
already subtypes of Structures behaviorally, this PR just makes their
pathing reflect that, and allows for future work (tool actions, more
health/destruction functionality) to be developed without unnecessary
code duplication.

I have tested this PR by loading up the Horizon and dismantling various
machines and structures with tools, shooting guns of various types
throughout the ship, and detonating a bunch of explosions throughout the
ship.

Greenjoe12345 269c29a790 Tajaran loadout addons (#21768)
Adds the Adhomian instrument, p'rrama to the game. Turns out it has had
an icon sitting around in the tajara items dmi for years but no actual
code.
Adds the shillelagh (now renmaed to Maikahar) (Adhomian walking stick)
and Tajaran dogtags to the Tajaran loadout section.
Adds the Adhomian hunting coat to the Taj coat selection.

Cody Brittain 9b5f89a717 Ports Turf Fires (#21659)
Adds turf fires (ported from Baystation, which ported them from
Shiptest), which are now used instead of ZAS fires for fuel decals and
flamethrowers. They also supplement ZAS fires in especially bad atmos
fires.

This makes flamethrowers and related objects more suitable for AOE
denial, rather than cooking the room (including yourself). They still do
the latter, but less so than a gaseous fire.

To make flamethrowers actually useful against them, simple mobs now take
brute damage when on fire.

Matt Atlas cca0dfe7b6 Ports /tg/ and CM planemasters to replace our renderers. (#21458)
Part one of our nefarious plans to destroy lag forever, and also
accomplish some cool shit.

This replaces our renderer system with plane masters, this will also be
used to turn skyboxes into backdrops and thus totally remove skybox
updating lag. Additionally, this will let us manipulate entire planes
very easily to do all sorts of zany shit. All credit goes to the
original coders, this is some seriously cool stuff.

Also fixes some bizarre smoothing behaviour, reduces updateoverlays
calls since now not every single structure in the game tries smoothing
with nothing.

OpenDream is adding `usr` and `args` to the `SoftReservedKeyword`
pragma: https://github.com/OpenDreamProject/OpenDream/pull/2307

This PR renames `var/usr` to `var/user` and `var/args` to
`var/arguments`.

## Why It's Good For The Game

This pragma is currently set as an error on Aurora, because using
internal var names for declared var names is cringe.

Batrachophreno 88a406696a Adds missing XGM gas definition for Nitrogen Dioxide (#20816)
Adds a missing entry for Nitrogen Dioxide to the XGM gas singletons.
Discovered on Burzsia ghost role that NO2 didn't display correctly in
the atmospheric scanner results. This definition should make gas
mixtures containing NO2 both report their contents correctly and behave
consistently vis a vis molar mass and specific heat.

Have not played with XGM before and not particularly eager to now, but
this one looked like a minor oversight issue alone.

Wowzewow (Wezzy) e7232d04fc The Great Device Resprite and Contained Sprite-ening (#20344)
Don't let the large file size scare you, it's just mostly splitting
stuff into contained sprites and putting them in the correct place.

Anyway, resprites most non-resprited devices in devices.dmi, and puts
them in contained sprites.
Also puts any related /obj/item/device into contained sprites too.
That's basically the long and short of it.

Fluffy c24b4c7097 Projectile refactoring madness (#19878)
Refactored the projectile code, mostly in line with TG's now.
Refactored various procs that are used or depends on it.
Projectiles can now ricochet if enabled to.
Damage falloffs with distance.
Homing projectiles can now have accuracy falloff with distance.
Projectiles have a maximum range.
Muzzle flash is configurable per projectile.
Impact effect of the projectile is configurable per projectile.
Accuracy decreases with distance.
Projectiles work with signals and emits them, for easy hooking up from
other parts of the code.
Meatshielding is now less effective .
Impact sound is now configurable per projectile.

Fluffy a3a4d46fa7 Hitby refactor (#19624)
Refactored hitby to be in line with TG's version.
Refactored item weight defines to a more clear naming scheme, also in
line with TG's version.
Refactored how the movement bumps are handled, ported signals to handle
them, in preparation for the movement update.
Fixed disposal hit bouncing the hitting atom on the wall.
Items do not push other items anymore if they are tiny.

Refactored Life() to receive seconds per tick and times fired as
parameters.
Life() now cannot be slept in, turned various sleepings into async calls
procs.
Optimized mob AI subsystems, gave them new priorities levels and flags.
Grab upgrades are now elaborated asynchronously, tweaked them to avoid
stacking multiple upgrades.
Fixed plains tyrants keeping sending messages about stomping even if
dead.

Fluffy 069a5e9d51 HUD tweaks and fixes (#19492)
Fixed paramedics not having the FR HUD icon anymore on the Security HUD.
Moved all the HUD icon files in the hud folder.
Changed the in_view() proc used for HUDs to use the more performant
get_hearers_in_LOS() / get_hearers_in_range() over view() and a list
traversal with range comparisons.
HUD now respects the client view size instead of just using the world
view size.

Turned various spawns into timers / removed.
Removed the magnet machinery and sd alerts, ancient code that was not
used anywhere anyways.

Fluffy 9acce89e2a Weapons Racks (#19338)
Added weapons racks, can be locked/unlocked with an ID card.
Added weapons racks sprites, from Wezzy.
Refactored some circuitboard code, moved the defines, applied the
defines, DMDocs.
Moved mutable appearance appearance flag set to the mutable appearance
file.
Reorganized the Horizon armory with the weapons racks, moved things
around, put down markers on lockers depending on the danger level of
their content, reorganized content of the remaining lockers.
Made weapons racks constructable with circuitboards.

Cody Brittain d95734c606 Emissives (#18895)
A significant amount of influence was taken from
https://github.com/Baystation12/Baystation12/pull/33255, however adapted
to Aurora. Key things to note is the port of the newer alpha settings
from /tg/, among other improvements.

The ancient holographic and screen overlay code has been purged. This is
now handled with emissives, while holograms are handled with filters as
well.
